Jakarta (B2B) - Posko Pengaduan THR 2012 telah menyelesaikan 28 pengaduan masalah Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR) 2012 dari berbagai daerah. Tahun ini, Kementerian Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi kembali membuka
Posko Pusat Pengaduan Masalah THR dan Mudik Lebaran 2013.
"Posko pengaduan THR akan terus dibuka baik di tingkat pusat maupun di daerah, sehingga karyawan yang belum mendapatkan THR tetap memiliki kesempatan untuk melakukan pengaduan dan dibantu penyelesaian masalahnya," kata Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Muhaimin Iskandar di Jakarta.
Selain menerima laporan pengaduan dari para pekerja/buruh jika perusahaannya tidak membayar THR sesuai ketentuan, Posko Pengaduan THR di Kementerian Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi juga melayani jasa konsultasi gratis tentang pembayaran THR bagi perusahaan.
"Tahun lalu sebagian besar permasalahan yang diadukan didominasi keluhan karena belum menerima THR dan laporan sementara, karena diduga perusahaan tidak akan mau membayar namun ada juga yang bersifat konsultasi soal THR," tutur Muhaimin.
"Saya tegaskan kembali kalau ada perusahaan yang tidak bayar THR akan kita tindak. Tindakannya itu mulai dari penyadaran, teguran, mediasi sampai tuntutan hukum ke pengadilan," katanya.
Menurut dia, kementerian dan dinas ketenagakerjaan setempat akan menindaklanjuti pengaduan dengan memanggil perwakilan perusahaan untuk melakukan mediasi dengan pekerja.
"Namun apabila perusahaan tetap membandel dan menolak membayarkan THR kepada pekerjanya maka kita bisa menugaskan pengawas ketenagakerjaan untuk melakukan penyelidikan mendalam dan menyiapkan tuntutan secara hukum ke pengadilan," katanya.

According to him, the ministry and the local employment office will follow up on a complaint by calling the company´s representative to mediate with the workers.
"But if the company persist and refuses pay perks to workers Lebaran, then we can assign labor inspectors to conduct in-depth investigation and prepare a legal claim to the court," he said.
