Jakarta (B2B) - PT Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja (Jamsostek) Persero menyiapkan dana Rp200 miliar untuk pinjaman uang muka kredit perumahan rakyat. Dana ini disiapkan bagi 4,5 juta peserta Jamsostek yang dinilai masuk kriteria dengan harga rumah berkisar Rp200 juta hingga Rp300 juta.

Direktur Utama Jamsostek Elvyn G. Masassya mengatakan peserta yang dinilai layak dapat diberikan pinjaman uang muka dengan plafon maksimal Rp 50 juta. Pinjaman tersebut dikenakan bunga 6% dalam waktu 15 tahun yang disalurkan melalui Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN).

"Dengan demikian, hanya peserta Jamsostek yang mengambil KPR dari BTN yang bisa mendapatkan fasilitas pinjaman uang muka ini," kata Elvyn.

Menurutnya, Jamsostek juga menggandeng Realestat Indonesia (REI) dan Asosiasi Pengembang Perumahan dan Pemukiman Seluruh Indonesia (Apersi) untuk menyukseskan program ini.

"Pinjaman uang muka diberikan untuk rumah seharga Rp 200-300 juta," katanya di Jakarta, Senin, (1/4).

Fasilitas ini disalurkan untuk perumahan yang dibangun di Bekasi dan Bandung di Jawa Barat serta Surbaya dan Malang di Jawa Timur. "Di luar (kota) itu, kami terbuka kalau memang developer punya masukan lain."

This facility is available for home buyers who are in Bekasi and Bandung in West Java and Surabaya and Malang in East Java. "Outside of (the city), we are open if that developer has other inputs."
