Jakarta (B2B) - Sebanyak sepuluh saham mencatatkan return tertinggi sepanjang lima bulan pertama 2013. Jumlah saham yang beredar di 10 saham tersebut relatif sedikit sehingga membuat investor sulit untuk melepas saham tersebut untuk merealisasikan aksi ambil untung (profit taking).
Berdasarkan data Bloomberg, saham PT Jakarta International Hotel & Development Tbk (JIHD) mencatatkan return tertinggi sebesar 246,42%, disusul PT Multipolar Corp Tbk (MLPL) naik 226,82%, PT Hotel Mandarine Regency Tbk (HOME) naik 188,04%, PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Co Tbk (ULTJ) naik 178,19%, dan PT Tanah Laut Tbk (INDX) naik 173,97%.
Jakarta (B2B) - Ten stocks have generated the highest return since early 2013 to the second week of May, 2013 (year-to-date). 10 stocks’ growth was not supported by large liquidity due to the small number of floating shares. This causes difficulties for investors in selling the stocks for profit taking.
The stock of PT Jakarta International Hotel and Development Tbk (JIHD) posted the highest return of 246.42 percent, followed by PT Multipolar Corp Tbk (MLPL) with 226.82 percent return, PT Hotel Mandarine Regency Tbk (HOME) with 188.04 percent, PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry and Trading Co Tbk (ULTJ( with 178.19 percent and PT Tanah Laut Tbk (INDX) with 173.97 percent return.
