Jakarta (B2B) - Dewan Pimpinan Pusat (DPP) Partai Golkar menegaskan, kantor partai itu di Jalan Anggrek Nelimurni, Slipi, Jakarta Barat sudah menjadi milik Golkar karena dihibahkan Sekretariat Negara pada 1991.
Hibah diberikan Menteri Sekretaris Negara saat itu, Moerdiono. "Bersamaan dengan kantor Partai Demokrasi Indonesia (PDI) dan PPP di Megaria, Jakarta Pusat," kata Wakil Sekretaris Jenderal Partai Golkar Nurul Arifin di Jakarta, Selasa.
Mantan Sekretaris Jenderal Partai Demokrasi Indonesia yang sekarang PDI Perjuangan, Alexander Littay, membenarkan Setneg memang telah menghibahkan tanah dan bangunan di Jalan Diponegoro 58 kepada PDI.
"Kantor PDI di Jalan Diponegoro sudah diserahkan atau dihibahkan ke partai secara resmi dengan surat yang ditandatangani Moediono," kata Alexander. "Dengan dihibahkan ke PDI, berarti juga ada hibah kepada Golkar dan PPP."
Sebelumnya, mantan Ketua Umum Partai Bulan Bintang yang juga mantan Menteri Sekretaris Negara Yusril Ihza Mahendra mempertanyakan status tanah dan bangunan DPP Partai Golkar.
"Kantor DPP Golkar di Slipi itu punya siapa? Setahu saya tanah dan bangunan itu milik negara. Sejak kapan Partai Golkar melakukan sewa menyewa?" kata Yusril di kantor Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU).
Dalam UU Perbendaharaan Negara, maka seluruh aset negara harus didaftarkan sebagai aset negara. "Apakah boleh negara sewakan asetnya kepada partai politik," kata Yusril.
