Yogyakarta (B2B) - Gubernur DKI Jakarta Joko Widodo mengaku menolak hadir di pameran otomotif  Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2013 di JIExpo Kemayoran yang berlangsung pada 19-29 September 2013.

"Saya sengaja tidak datang (ke pameran), sudah terlanjur jengkel. Arti mobil green-nya dimana, saya bingung. Wong, jelas semua masih pakai bensin yang dipamerkan. Bukan listrik atau energi matahari," kata Jokowi di Yogyakarta, Sabtu (21/9).

Dalam dialog di Yogyakarta, Jokowi mengungkap kekecewaan pada industri otomotif nasional yang terpuruk, tapi industri otomotif asing malahan kian berkibar.

Terkait surat keberatannya terhadap mobil murah kepada Wakil Presiden Boediono, Jokowi mengaku belum mendapat balasan. Dia menyatakan suratnya kepada Wapres Boediono bukan bermaksud melawan pemerintah pusat.

"Siapa yang melarang, tidak ada. Yang menolak juga enggak ada. Tapi mobil murah itu nggak bener," katanya seperti dilansir tempo.co.
