Jakarta (B2B) - DPR RI akan memeriksa keabsahan 'surat kuasa' tentang pemberian dana talangan kepada Bank Century pada 2008 dari Boediono selaku Gubernur Bank Indonesia (BI) ketika itu, kata Wakil Ketua DPR RI, Priyo Budi Santoso.
"Saya akan periksa ke Sekretariat Jenderal DPR RI atau anggota Tim Pengawas Kasus Bank Century apakah dokumen ini sah? Apakah sudah dibahas? Atau memang baru seperti yang saya katakan," kata Priyo di gedung parlemen Senayan, Rabu (10/4).
Priyo mengaku baru sore ini mendapat foto kopi surat kuasa yang diberikan Boediono kepada tiga pejabat BI yang diperuntukan bagi Tim Pengawas DPR RI untuk Penuntasan Kasus Bank Century (Timwas Century).
Dia juga mengaku kaget mengetahui isi surat kuasa yang sudah beredar itu.
"Saya terperanjat membaca poin-poin di situ, yang ada teken (tanda tangan) dari Pak Boediono, surat kuasa kepada beberapa orang pejabat BI," katanya.
Namun dia mengatakan belum bisa menanggapi isi surat kuasa itu karena belum mengetahui keabsahannya.
"Dokumen ini sah atau tidak, belum tahu. Siapa yang memberikan? Memang ada stempel bahwa data itu diberikan kepada Timwas Century DPR RI," kata Priyo tentang surat kuasa berkop Bank Indonesia itu.

Priyo admitted this afternoon received a copy of procuration given to the three officials Boediono BI Monitoring Teams that are intended for the House of Representatives for Bank Century Case Completion (Timwas Century).
He also claimed to be surprised to know the contents of authorization letter that was circulated widely.
"I was shocked read the the points there, that is signed (signature) from Pak Boediono, procuration to some BI officials," he said.
However, he claimed not to be able respond the contents of the procuration Boediono, because not knowing its validity.
"This document is valid or not, do not know yet. Anyone who gives? Indeed there are stamps that the data was provided to Timwas Century House of Representatives," said Priyo about Bank Indonesia's procuration's letterhead.
