Jakarta (B2B) - Pemerintah akan meningkatkan serapan belanja modal pada semester II 2013 untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi. Langkah itu diikuti penyederhanaan prosedur pencairan anggaran, koordinasi lintas kementerian/lembaga, ekstensifikasi dan intensifikasi perizinan satu atap dan komunikasi antara Kementerian Keuangan dan kementerian teknis.
Staf Khusus Presiden (SKP) bidang Ekonomi dan Pembangunan, Firmanzah mengatakan pada Semester I 2013 serapan belanja modal 2013 baru mencapai Rp 34 triliun atau 18,1% dari pagu anggaran Rp 188,3 triliun APBNP 2013.
“Pada semester kedua 2013 akan banyak belanja modal yang diperuntukkan untuk pembangunan infrastruktur yang efektif untuk mendorong sekaligus menarik tumbuhnya sektor-sektor lain seperti semen, besi, baja, konstruksi dan pembiayaan,” kata Firmanzah.
Untuk mendorong penyerapan belanja modal, katanya lagi, pemerintah juga akan terus menyederhanakan prosedur pencairan anggaran dan lainnya. Upaya tersebut diharapkan dapat memberikan support di tengah kekhawatiran melambatnya sektor riil akibat naiknya suku bunga kredit perbankan.
"Diharapkan pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional tetap dijaga di atas 6% dan diharapkan mendekati atau sesuai dengan target dalam Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara Perubahan 2013 sebesar 6,3 persen," tambah Firmanzah.
