Jakarta (B2B) - Kinerja harga saham-saham dari sektor perdagangan dan jasa, properti, barang konsumsi, dan infrastruktur tercatat naik signifikan dari 45 saham unggulan di daftar LQ45.
Analis PT CIMB Securities Indonesia, Mastono Ali mengatakan kenaikan harga saham properti dipicu oleh kenaikan signifikan kinerja emiten-emiten dari sektor ini yang didukung oleh kebutuhan perumahan dari masyarakat yang masih tinggi.
Menurut Mastono, kinerja saham dari empat sektor tersebut merupakan pendorong utama kenaikan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan dari awal tahun hingga pekan kedua Desember 2012.
Berdasarkan rekap data harga seluruh saham LQ45, terdapat 26 saham yang kinerjanya meningkat secara year-to-date dan 19 saham yang harga sahamnya terkoreksi.
Lima dari 26 saham tercatat naik lebih dari 50%, yaitu saham PT Media Nusantara Citrta Tbk (MNCN) sebesar 108,02%, PT Bhakti Investama Tbk (BHIT) sebesar 103, 39%, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) sebesar 63,29%, PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) naik 54,55%, dan PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (ICBP) sebesar 51,92%.
Jakarta (B2B) - The performance of the stock prices from trade and services, property, consumer goods, and infrastructure sectors recorded a significant rise out of 45 seed stocks in the LQ45 list.
Analyst of PT CIMB Securities Indonesia, Mastono Ali said the rise in property stock prices were triggered by a significant increase in the performance of issuers in the sector, supported by the high needs of housing.
According to Mastono, the stock performances of the four sectors are the key forces behind the Composite Stock Price Index’ increases from the beginning of the year until the second week of December 2012.
According to data recap of the entire LQ45 stock prices, there were 26 stocks which performances improved year-to-date and 19 stock prices corrected.
Five of the 26 stocks which rose more than 50 percent were the shares of PT Media Nusantara Citrta Tbk (MNCN) by 108.02 percent, PT Bhakti Investama Tbk (BHIT) by 103.39 percent, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) by 63.29 percent, PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) by 54.55 percent, and PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (ICBP) by 51.92 percent.
