Jakarta (B2B) - Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah (LKPP) akan terus mengintensifkan tender proyek pemerintah melalui sistem online. Tender melalui internet terbukti berhasil menghemat anggaran negara sebesar Rp12,5 triliun selama 2012.
Ketua LKPP Agus Sardjono menyatakan selama setahun terakhir, pengadaan barang dan jasa nasional mencapai Rp500 triliun. Tender yang menggunakan sistem elektronik mencapai Rp144,5 triliun. Agus mengaku sejak berdiri empat tahun lalu, LKPP menghemat uang negara Rp25 triliun.
"Dengan tender internet, kompetisi akan ketat. Misalnya harga awalnya Rp100 bisa turun ke Rp70. Rata-rata tender bisa hemat 10 persen," kata Agus di Jakarta, Kamis (27/12).
Menurutnya, penghematan dapat terjadi sebab tender dapat diakses siapapun, baik itu pelaku usaha dan instansi pemerintah yang membutuhkan. Karena melalui internet, masyarakat juga bisa mengawasi sehingga kompetisi akan ketat dan lebih transparan.
"Selain itu, tidak ada biaya apapun buat menyelenggarakan tender, sebab semua dilakukan melalui internet," ungkap Agus.

LKPP Chairman Agus Sardjono states over the last year, the national procurement reached Rp500 trillion. The Tender which uses electronic systems reach Rp144, 5 billion. Agus claimed to since its establishment four years ago, the state could save money LKPP Rp25 trillion.
"With the internet bidding, the competition will be tight. Example, prices initially fell Rp100 to Rp70 can. Tenders average can save 10 percent," Agus said in Jakarta, Thursday (27/12).
According to him, the savings can occur because the tenders can be accessed anyone, be it businesses and government agencies in need. Because of through the internet, so people can keep an eye on the competition will be tighter and more transparent.
"Moreover, there is no charge whatsoever for holding tenders, because all done through the internet," said Agus.
