Jakarta (B2B) - Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) menyatakan neraca perdagangan Indonesia pada 2014 mengalami defisit US$1,88 miliar karena ekspor sebesar US$176,29 miliar sementara impor US$178,89 miliar.
"Neraca perdagangan periode Januari-Desember 2014 mengalami defisit sebesar US$1,88 miliar," kata Kepala BPS, Suryamin, Senin.
Suryamin mengatakan, defisit neraca perdagangan sepanjang tahun tersebut disebabkan tekanan neraca migas yang mengantongi defisit US$13,13 miliar sementara neraca nonmigas surplus US$11,24 miliar.
"Jika dibandingkan dengan tahun 2013 lalu yang mencapai US$4,08 miliar, defisit pada 2014 sudah mengalami penurunan," kata Suryamin.
Suryamin mengatakan, neraca perdagangan pada Desember mengalami surplus sebesar US$190 juta, karena tercatat neraca nonmigas mengantongi surplus sebesar US$1,22 miliar sementara defisit neraca migas sebesar US$1,04 miliar.
Sementara jika dilihat dari sisi volume perdagangan, pada Desember 2014 neraca volume perdagangan mengalami surplus 32,38 juta ton, yang didorong oleh surplus neraca sektor nonmigas sebesar 33,35 juta ton sementara sektor migas defisit 0,97 juta ton.
Sementara untuk kinerja ekspor pada Desember 2014 mencapai US$14,62 miliar atau mengalami peningkatan sebesar 7,38% jika dibandingkan November 2014 yang sebesar US$13,62 miliar dolar, namun menurun 13,83% jika dibandingkan dengan bulan yang sama pada tahun 2013 lalu yang sebesar US$16,97 miliar.
Sementara impor Desember 2014, mencapai US$14,43 miliar atau naik 2,80% jika dibandingkan dengan November 2014 yang sebesar US$14,04 miliar, tetapi mengalami penurunan sebesar 6,61% jika dibanding Desember 2013 yang tercatat sebesar US$15,46 miliar.
Secara kumulatif, nilai ekspor Indonesia periode Januari-Desember 2014 mencapai US$176,29 miliar, atau menurun sebesar 3,43% jika dibanding periode yang sama tahun 2013 lalu, dan ekspor nonmigas tercatat US$145,96 miliar AS atau turun 2,64%.
Untuk nilai kumulatif impor 2014, mencapai US$178,18 miliar atau mengalami penurunan 4,53% jika dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun 2013. Nilai tersebut terdiri dari impor migas sebesar US$43,46 miliar yang turun 3,99% dan nonmigas sebesar US$134,72 miliar yang juga turun 4,70%.

"The balance of trade from January to December 2014 is in deficit of US$1.88 billion," he told to the press here on Monday.
Suryamin remarked that the deficit in the year was caused by pressure on the oil and gas balance of trade, which recorded a deficit of US$13.13 billion, while the non-oil/gas sector recorded a surplus of US$11.24 billion.
"Compared to the deficit in 2013 that reached US$4.08 billion, the deficit in 2014 was down," he pointed out.
He noted that the balance of trade in December 2014 recorded a surplus of US$190 million with non-oil/gas trade enjoying a surplus of US$1.22 billion and oil/gas trade suffering a deficit of US$1.04 billion.
With regard to volume, the trade in December 2014 recorded a surplus of 32.38 million tons boosted by a surplus in the non-oil/gas sector of 33.35 million tons, while the oil/gas sector suffered a deficit of 0.97 million tons.
Indonesia exports in December 2014 reached US$14.62 billion in value or rose by 7.38 percent as compared to Novembers exports, which were recorded at US$13.62 billion but dropped by 13.83 percent as compared to US$16.97 billion recorded in the same month in 2013.
Imports during the month reached US$14.43 billion or rose by 2.80 percent as compared to Novembers imports, which were at US$14.04 billion but declined by 6.61 percent as compared to US$15.46 billion in imports recorded in December 2013.
Cumulatively, the value of Indonesias exports from January to December 2014 reached US$176.29 billion, down 3.43 percent as compared to the same period in 2013 with non-oil/gas exports down 2.64 percent at US$145.96 billion.
Imports in 2014 reached US$178.18 billion, down 4.53 percent as compared to the same period in 2013 with oil/gas imports recorded at US$43.46 billion, down 3.99 percent and non-oil/gas imports reaching US$134.72 billion, down 4.70 percent.
