Jakarta (B2B) - Laporan hasil temuan Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan tentang dugaan korupsi proyek promosi budaya dilaporkan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, M Nuh kepada Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) di Kantor Presiden.
"Hasil temuan itu secara lisan saya sampaikan, tapi semua menunggu hasil dari Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi," kata M Nuh usai bertemu Presiden SBY di Kantor Presiden di Jakarta, Selasa (4/6).
Nuh menambahkan, hasil temuan tersebut telah disampaikan kepada Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) beserta klarifikasi Wakil Menteri Kebudayaan, Wiendu Nuryati. Saat kasus dugaan korupsi tersebut terjadi, Wiendu masih menjadi Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Direktur Jenderal Kebudayaan.
"Ada klarifikasi tertulis. Semua saya serahkan ke KPK, sudah semua," ungkap Nuh.
Seperti diberitakan sebelumnya, Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan menemukan berbagai penyimpangan dalam penggunaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara Perubahan 2012 di Direktorat Jenderal Kebudayaan. Penyidikan sejak 2012 menemukan adanya penggelembungan dana dari beberapa kegiatan di luar batas kewajaran.
Auditor juga menemukan adanya intervensi pejabat pada sejumlah lelang kegiatan di Direktorat Jenderal Kebudayaan yang melibatkan event organizer (EO). M Nuh sebelumnya sudah melaporkan hasil audit tersebut kepada KPK. M Nuh menyerahkan sepenuhnya temuan dugaan korupsi tersebut kepada KPK.

"There is a written clarification. All of I submit to KPK was all," Nuh said.
As reported earlier, the Inspectorate General of the Education and Culture Ministry revealed a number of irregularities in the use of the State Budget of the 2012 in the Directorate General of Culture. Investigations since 2012 found a bubbles funding of some activities outside the bounds of reasonableness.
Auditors also found the intervention of officials on a number of auction events in the Directorate General of Culture, which involves an event organizer (EO). M Nuh has previously reported the results of the audit to KPK. M Nuh fully submit to KPK the findings of alleged corruption.
