Jakarta (B2B) - Setelah dilacak ke berbagai tempat dan hasilnya nihil, tiba-tiba Susno Duadji muncul di jejaring video YouTube. Melalui video berdurasi sepanjang 15.34 menit tersebut, Susno membantah ia telah membangkang atau menolak dieksekusi.
"Saya melawan eksekusi liar dari Kejaksaan Agung karena melanggar ketentuan hukum yang berlaku," kata mantan Kepala Badan Reserse dan Kriminal (Bareskrim) Markas Besar Kepolisian RI (Polri) yang tampil mengenakan batik hitam.
Dalam video tersebut, jenderal polisi bintang tiga ini menyoroti Menteri Kordinator Politik, Hukum dan Keamanan (Polhukam) yang memerintahkan jaksa agung dan kepala Polri untuk mengeksekusi dirinya. Susno menuding Marsekal TNI (Purn) Djoko Suyanto telah mencampuri urusan peradilan.
Susno juga mengritik Ketua Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) Akil Muchtar yang menyebut dirinya bisa dieksekusi.
"Jangan campuri urusan peradilan umum. Wewenang Mahkamah Konstitusi adalah melakukan judicial review misalnya apakah Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Pidana tidak melanggar konstitusi," ungkap Susno yang tampil percaya diri seraya mengaku berada di daerah pemilihan (Dapil) Bandung.
Video tersebut dipublikasikan melalui YouTube pada 29 April 2013 yang di-upload atas nama Yohana Celia dengan judul: ´Jangan tuduh aku membangkang justru aku berjuang menegakkan hukum, kebenaran, dan keadilan´
