Jakarta (B2B) - Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) memastikan tidak ada aliran uang dari mantan Presiden PKS, Luthfi Hasan Ishaaq (LHI) dan konconya Ahmad Fathanah. PKS sebagai partai politik yang berbadan hukum dan tidak bisa dibekukan begitu saja tanpa bukti yang jelas.
"Adili dulu Partai Demokrat. Dalam persidangan, uang dari Grup Permai diangkut ke Bandung, sudah ada kesaksian, pakai mobil boks. Sudah bubarin saja dulu Partai Demokrat, baru bicara PKS," kata Wakil Sekretaris Jenderal PKS, Fahri Hamzah di kantor DPP PKS, Jakarta, Sabtu (11/5).
Menurut Fahri, dalam kasus suap impor daging sapi, LHI tidak menerima uang dari Ahmad Fathanah. "KPK ngawur. Mau ancam PKS."
Anggota DPR ini menyarankan KPK membekukan dahulu Partai Demokrat karena sudah terbukti di persidangan ada aliran dana dari Grup Permai.
"Kalau KPK mau periksa, harusnya SBY dulu, selesai. Karena uang ke Partai Demokrat jelas dari mana asalnya. Semua saksi bahkan sekuriti sudah bicara di persidangan," ungkap Fahri.
"Bekukan dulu Partai Demokrat melalui pembiayaan kongres, melalui Nazar dan kawan-kawan," imbuhnya.
Pekan ini, KPK telah menyita beberapa mobil milik LHI yang terparkir di Kantor DPP PKS. Mobil-mobil itu diduga hasil pencucian uang yang dilakukan oleh LHI.
