Jakarta (B2B) - Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) segera melimpahkan berkas perkara tersangka dugaan korupsi dan pencucian uang kuota impor daging sapi, Luthfi Hasan Ishaaq (LHI) dan Ahmad Fathanah (AF) ke Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) awal pekan depan.
"Berkas perkara LHI dan AF siap dilimpahkan pengadilan. Kalau tidak Senin, ya Selasa," kata Juru Bicara KPK, Johan Budi kepada pers di Jakarta, Minggu (16/6).
Johan menambahkan, setelah berkas perkara LHI dilimpahkan ke penuntutan, tim jaksa KPK menemukan klarifikasi baru pada 12 Juni 2013, yang menunjukkan mobil Toyota Fortuner nomor polisi B 544 MSI, yang semula disita KPK karena diduga milik LHI, ternyata mobil tersebut tidak berkaitan dengan LHI.
Menurut Johan, penyidik bisa saja mengembalikan mobil sitaan tersebut setelah pengadilan membuktikan bahwa barang bukti tersebut memang tidak terkait kasus pencucian uang kedua tersangka. Namun KPK memilih mengembalikan mobil tersebut sebelum melimpahkan berkas LHI dan AF ke pengadilan.
"Harusnya ini dipandang sebagai langkah baik, begitu diketahui tidak terkait langsung dikembalikan oleh KPK," katanya sembari mengomentari pernyataan negatif terkait pengembalian mobil tersebut, khususnya dari para petinggi Partai Keadilan Sejahtera.
"Di pengadilan bisa juga dibuktikan. Ini bukan sebuah hal yang luar biasa, tapi KPK memilih sebelum berkas dilimpahkan ke pengadilan, mobilnya dikembalikan dulu," ungkap Johan.
