Jakarta (B2B) - Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan Kementerian Keuangan mencatat realisasi belanja negara per 28 Februari 2014 telah mencapai Rp176,7 triliun atau 9,6% dari pagu APBN sebesar Rp1.842,5 triliun.
Berdasarkan data Kementerian Keuangan yang diterima di Jakarta, Senin, realisasi tersebut berasal dari belanja pemerintah pusat Rp 90,9 triliun atau 7,3% dari pagu Rp1.249,9 triliun dan transfer ke daerah Rp 85,8 triliun atau 14,5% dari pagu Rp 592,6 triliun.
Dari belanja pemerintah pusat, realisasi belanja pegawai mencapai Rp37,4 triliun atau 14,2% dari pagu Rp263 triliun, belanja barang Rp4,5 trilliun atau 2,1% dari pagu Rp214,4 triliun, belanja modal Rp1,6 triliun atau 1% dari pagu Rp184,2 triliun.
Realisasi belanja subsidi energi mencapai Rp19,6 triliun atau 5,9 persen dari pagu Rp282 triliun yang terdiri atas subsidi BBM Rp10 triliun atau 4,7 persen dari pagu Rp210,6 triliun dan subsidi listrik Rp9,6 triliun atau 13,4% dari pagu Rp71,4 triliun.
Sedangkan pendapatan negara dan hibah hingga periode yang sama telah mencapai Rp187,2 triliun atau 11,2% dari target yang ditetapkan dalam APBN sebesar Rp1.667,1 triliun.
Dari realisasi tersebut, penerimaan perpajakan tercatat mencapai Rp166,3 triliun atau 13% dari target Rp1.226,5 triliun dan penerimaan negara bukan pajak Rp20,8 triliun atau 5,4% dari target Rp385,4 triliun.
Pajak penghasilan mencapai Rp78,1 triliun atau 13,3% dari target Rp586,3 triliun, pajak pertambahan nilai Rp58 triliun atau 11,8% dari target Rp493 triliun dan penerimaan sumber daya alam Rp12,5 triliun atau 5,5% dari target Rp226 triliun.
Dengan demikian, defisit anggaran tercatat baru mencapai Rp10,5 triliun atau 6% dari target yang ditetapkan sebesar Rp175,4 triliun.

The spending included IDR90.9 trillion by the central government, or 7.3 percent of the ceiling of IDR1,249.9 trillion and IDR85.8 trillion in transfers to the regions or 14.5 percent of the ceiling of IDR592.6 trillion.
The spending by the central government included IDR37.4 trillion for civil servants or 14.2 percent of the ceiling of IDR263 trillion, IDR4.5 trillion for goods or 2.1 percent of the ceiling of IDR214.4 trillion, IDR1.6 trillion for capital spending or 1 percent of the ceiling of IDR184.2 trillion and the rest for energy subsidies including oil fuel subsidies and electricity subsidy.
State revenues and grants in the same period totaled IDR187.2 trillion or 11.2 percent of the target of IDR1,667.1 trillion.
The revenues included IDR166.3 trillion in taxes or 13 percent of the target of IDR1,226.5 trillion , IDR20.8 trillion in non tax state revenues or 5.4 percent of the target of IDR385.4 trillion, IDR78.1 trillion in income taxes or 13.3 percent of the target of IDR586.3 trillion, IDR58 trillion in value added tax or 11.8 percent of the target of IDR493 trillion and IDR12.5 trillion in natural resources or 5.5 percent of the target of IDR226 trillion.
The budget deficit , therefore, was IDR10.5 trillion or 6 percent of the target of IDR175.4 trillion.
