Jakarta (B2B) - Meskipun Bank Indonesia kembali menaikkan suku bunga acuan sebesar 25 basis poin, pemerintah tetap optimistis pertumbuhan ekonomi hingga akhir tahun akan berada di kisaran 5,5% -5,8%, dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi kuartal IV sama dengan kuartal III sebesar 5,62%.
Wakil Menteri Keuangan II, Bambang PS Brodjonegoro mengatakan kenaikan BI Rate dipastikan akan memperlambat pertumbuhan ekonomi, namun pemerintah akan berupaya menjaga perlambatan tidak terlalu dalam.
Pemerintah akan membuat kebijakan yang mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi namun tidak bertentangan dengan langkah BI.
“Itu kebijakan yang mau kita keluarkan November dan Desember tadi, utamanya terkait perpajakan,” kata Bambang.
