Jakarta (B2B) - PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BRI) memproyeksikan pendapatan non-bunga atau fee based income bisa meningkat minimal 25% pada tahun ini.
Direktur Keuangan BRI, Achmad Baiquni mengatakan perseroan berupaya meningkatkan layanan e-channel dan layanan perbankan lain seperti cash management.
Menurutnya, fee based income akan menjadi salah satu penopang perolehan laba perseroan. Ia memperkirakan, tahun lalu pertumbuhan fee based income perseroan mencapai 18%-20%.
"Laba tetap akan ditopang dari bunga kredit dan fee based, kami tingkatkan setidaknya 25%," katanya.
Ia menambahkan, secara umum laba bersih perseroan tahun lalu bisa di atas Rp 15 triliun. Hingga Oktober 2012, laba bersih BRI mencapai Rp 14,62 triliun.

“Profit will be supported from interest rate and fee-based (income), we will increase it to at least 25 percent,” he said.
In October, 2012, BRI’s net profit reached Rp 14.62 trillion (US$ 1.52 billion).
