Jakarta [B2B] - Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Transmigrasi dan Energi (Nakertransgi) DKI Jakarta telah membuka posko pengaduan di lima kantor suku dinas dan dinas mulai pekan ini.

Kepala Dinas Nakertransgi DKI Jakarta, Hari Nugroho mengatakan, posko pengaduan telah dibuka untuk memedisasi warga terkait kewajiban perusahaan memberikan THR kepada karyawan.

"Kami sudah membuka posko dibuka bersama mediator dan pengawasan di sudin dan dinas," ujar Hari, Selasa (4/4).

Ia mengungkapkan, aktivitas posko yang telah dibuka hingga saat ini masih sepi. Namun, biasanya akan ramai didatangi sepekan sebelum lebaran.

"Saya cek di lima sudin dan Dinas Nakertransgi hingga saat ini belum menerima aduan," ungkapnya.

Ia memaparkan, pihaknya akan menindaklanjuti seluruh pengaduan warga yang datang dengan menggelar mediasi dan turun melakukan pengawasan ke lapangan.

"Tim yang turun akan melihat apakah kondisi perusahaan sedang pailit atau tidak. Nanti kami mediasi para pihak terkait," paparnya.

Ditegaskan Hari, pihaknya akan memberikan sanksi tegas bagi perusahaan yang tidak memberikan THR kepada karyawan.

"Jika perusahaan belum memberikan THR akan dikenakan sanksi sesuai kategori seperti aturan yang berlaku," tegasnya.

Ditambahkan Hari, posko dibuka dalam rangka imbauan agar pengusaha memberikan kewajiban THR kepada karyawan sesuai surat edaran Menakertrans.

"Sesuai surat edaran minimal satu hari sebelum cuti bersama Hari Raya Idulfitri, THR sudah diberikan kepada karyawan," tandasnya.

Jakarta Nakertransgi Agency Head, Hari Nugroho said the complaint post has been opened to medicate residents regarding the company's obligation to provide Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR) holiday bonuses to employees.

"We have opened command posts together with mediators and supervision at sub-agencies and agencies," he expressed, Tuesday (4/4).

According to him, the activities of the posts that had been opened until now were still quiet. However, it will usually be crowded a week before Idul Fitri.

"I checked five sub-agencies and agencies of Nakertransgi and so far they have not received any complaints yet," he stated.

He explained his party would follow up on all complaints from residents who came by holding mediation and going down to supervise the field.

"Our team in the field will see whether the company is insolvent or not. We will mediate with the related parties then," he explained.

Even, his party would provide strict sanctions for companies that do not provide THR to employees.

"Sanctions are given according to the category according to the applicable rules," he asserted.

He added the post was opened to urge employers to provide THR to their employees according to the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration Circular Letter.

"According to the circular, THR must be given to employees at least one day before the Idul Fitri holiday," he closed.
