Jakarta (B2B) : Indonesia Police Watch (IPW) menilai janggal, aksi polisi satuan antiteror dari Detasemen Khusus (Densus) 88 menangkap kelompok teroris yang seolah tidak ada habisnya. Sementara, aksi penangkapan teroris terkesan berlebihan sehingga terkesan dibuat-buat (overacting). Menghadirkan puluhan wartawan dan belasan juru kamera televisi tak ubahnya konperensi pers di lokasi penggerebekan.
Ketua Presidium IPW, Neta S Pane memberi contoh pada penyergapan teroris di Cigondewah, Bandung, Jawa Barat pada Rabu (8/5). Aksi polisi disorot oleh belasan kamera video dari stasiun televisi nasional maupun lokal yang berlangsung hampir 5,5 jam itu terkesan alot dan penuh ketegangan.
"Aksi pamer kekuatan Densus 88 itu seperti over acting yang malahan membuat masyarakat panik dan resah. Aksinya didramatisir seolah ingin cari perhatian padahal dampaknya justru meresahkan masyarakat yang menonton," kata Neta S Pane kepada pers di Jakarta, Jumat (10/5).
Sementara ekspos yang berlebihan (over exposed), kata Neta, tampak pada kehadiran Kepala Polri Jenderal Timur Pradopo dan Wakil Kepala Polri, Komisaris Jenderal Nanan Soekarna.
Tidak cuma menyaksikan, ungkap Neta, Wakil Kepala Polri bahkan melibatkan diri di lokasi penggerebekan, dengan tampil di depan rumah yang menjadi tempat persembunyian para terduga teroris. Komjen Nanan Soekarna bahkan langsung memberikan perintah kepada para terduga teroris untuk menyerah melalui alat pengeras suara.
Neta mengaku ragu dengan fakta penangkapan teroris yang berbarengan dalam sepekan terakhir. Karena, menimbulkan kesan kalau teroris yang diberantas oleh Densus 88 sejak didirikan oleh Polri pada 2003 ini seolah tak ada habisnya.
"Polisi harus segera lakukan langkah konkret. Jangan sampai kejahatan teroris ini seperti narkoba, sehingga biaya operasi dari negara terus mengalir kepada Polri," ungkap Neta.
Dalam sepekan ini, Polri meringkus sedikitnya 26 terduga teroris. Sebanyak 19 di antaranya ditangkap dalam keadaan hidup dan tujuh lainnya ditembak mati. Banyak pihak menilai, penangkapan ini hanya upaya memulihkan nama baik Densus 88 yang beberapa waktu lalu dituding melakukan aksi pelanggaran hak asasi manusia (HAM) HAM saat melakukan penangkapan dan mengiterogasi para terduga teroris.
