Jakarta (B2B) - Pemerintah mencatat realisasi defisit anggaran per 31 Maret 2014 telah mencapai Rp2,2 triliun atau 1,2% dari target dalam APBN sebesar Rp175,4 triliun.
Keterangan Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan, Kementerian Keuangan yang diterima di Jakarta, Rabu, menyebutkan defisit tersebut berasal dari pendapatan negara yang mencapai Rp288,7 triliun atau 17,3% dari target Rp1.667,1 triliun dan belanja negara senilai Rp286,5 triliun atau 15,6% dari pagu Rp1.842,5 triliun.
Dari realisasi pendapatan negara, penerimaan perpajakan mencapai Rp288,6 triliun atau 17,3% dari target Rp1.280,4 triliun dan penerimaan negara bukan pajak mencapai Rp42,2 triliun atau 10,9% dari target Rp385,4 triliun.
Selain itu, penerimaan pajak penghasilan telah mencapai Rp121,7 triliun atau 20,8% dari target Rp586,3 triliun dan pajak pertambahan nilai mencapai Rp83,8 triliun atau 17% dari target Rp493 triliun.
Sementara, dari realisasi belanja negara, belanja pemerintah pusat telah mencapai Rp164,7 triliun atau 13,2% dari pagu Rp1.249,9 triliun dan transfer ke daerah Rp121,9 triliun atau 20,6% dari pagu Rp592,6 triliun.
Realisasi belanja pegawai mencapai Rp55 triliun atau 20,9% dari pagu Rp263 triliun, belanja barang Rp14,9 triliun atau 7,9% dari pagu Rp188,9 triliun dan belanja modal Rp7,8 triliun atau 3,4% dari pagu Rp229,5 triliun.
Sedangkan, realisasi belanja subsidi energi telah mencapai Rp36,6 triliun atau 13% dari pagu Rp282,1 triliun yang terdiri atas subsidi BBM Rp20 triliun atau 9,5% dari pagu Rp210,7 triliun dan listrik Rp16,6 triliun atau 23,2% dari pagu Rp71,4 triliun.

State revenues stood at IDR288.7 trillion or 17.3 percent of the target of IDR1,667.1 trillion and state expenditures reached IDR286.5 trillion or 15.6 percent of the ceiling of IDR1,842.5 trillion, the ministrys directorate general of treasury said in a statement released on Wednesday.
The state revenues comprised tax receipts worth IDR288.6 trillion or 17.3 percent of the target of IDR1,280.4 trillion and non-tax state revenues worth IDR42.2 trillion or 10.9 percent of the target of IDR385.4 trillion.
Income tax receipts touched IDR121.7 trillion or 20.8 percent of the target of IDR586.3 trillion and value added tax receipts reached IDR83.8 trillion or 17 percent of the target of IDR493 trillion.
Meanwhile, the central governments expenditures stood at IDR164.7 trillion or 13.2 percent of the ceiling of IDR1,249.9 trillion and the amount of budget funds transferred to regional governments touched IDR121.9 trillion or 20.6 percent of the ceiling of IDR592.6 trillion.
Personnel expenditure touched IDR55 trillion or 20.9 percent of the ceiling of IDR263 trillion, goods expenditure reached IDR14.9 trillion or 7.9 percent of the ceiling of IDR188,9 trillion and capital expenditures stood at IDR7.8 trillion or 3.4 percent of the ceiling of IDR229.5 trillion.
Energy subsidy expenditure reached IDR36.6 trillion or 13 percent of the ceiling of IDR282.1 trillion consisting of fuel subsidy worth IDR20 trillion or 9.5 percent of the ceiling of IDR210.7 trillion and electricity subsidy worth IDR16.6 trillion or 23.2 percent of the ceiling of IDR71.4 trillion.
