Jakarta (B2B) - Pemerintah merancang Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) 2015 untuk memudahkan kerja dan program presiden serta pemerintahan yang baru hasil Pilpres 2014.
"Presiden juga menyampaikan tahun ini peralihan. APBN 2015 harus dibuat tidak mempersulit presiden baru," kata Staf khusus Presiden bidang ekonomi Firmanzah,
Untuk memastikan hal tersebut, Presiden menggelar rapat terbatas Selasa siang mengenai APBN 2015 dan APBN Perubahan 2014.
"Ada beberapa asumsi akan disesuaikan. Pertumbuhan ekonomi diusulkan 5,5 persen. Nilai tukar Rupiah akan disesuaikan sekitar Rp11.600. Lifting minyak dan gas akan disesuaikan. Obligasi pemerintah tiga bulan akan disesuaikan," katanya.
Untuk rencana kerja pemerintah 2015, dibahas kemungkinan mengantisipasi kenaikan suku bunga Bank Sentral Amerika Serikat.
"Untuk The Fed kita akan koordinasi dengan BI dan kita akan cari sumber-sumber pertumbuhan ekonomi karena jika suku bunga naik pertumbuhan akan tertekan," katanya.

President Yudhoyono held a limited cabinet meeting to discuss the draft 2014 revised budget and the 2015 budget.
"In the draft 2014 revised budget, some assumptions have been changed. The economic growth is proposed at 5.5 percent, while the rupiah exchange rate (against the US dollar) is set at Rp11,600. The oil and gas lifting as well as the government three-month bond will also be adjusted," he said.
With regard to the governments work plan for 2015, the meeting will discuss the possibility of the US Feds rate hike, which needs to be anticipated.
"Regarding the Feds decision, we will coordinate with the Bank Indonesia (the central bank) and we will find sources of economic growth because if the interest rate is up the growth will be depressed," he said.
