Jakarta (B2B) - Perusahaan Umum (Perum) Badan Usaha Logistik (Bulog) menjalin kerjasama dengan Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang (ATR) melalui penandatanganan nota kesepahaman (MoU) untuk mendukung langkah legalisasi tanah Bulog yang masih berstatus girik atau hak pakai, dan menguasai kembali aset tanah Bulog yang saat ini dikuasai atas nama perorangan dan perusahaan swasta.

"Bulog di masa lalu pernah begitu sembrono dalam masalah penguasaan aset tanah, sehingga banyak hak atas tanah Bulog dikuasai dengan atas nama perorangan dan perusahaan," kata Direktur Utama Perum Bulog Djarot Kusumayakti kepada pers di Jakarta pada Selasa (8/12) usai meneken MoU dengan Menteri ATR Ferry Mursyidan Baldan.

Djarot mengatakan sampai saat ini pihaknya memiliki 1.550 unit gudang yang dibangun sejak dekade 70-an yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia dengan total kapasitas muat empat juta ton beras.

"Gudang Bulog merupakan infrastruktur milik perusahaan untuk menopang peran perusahaan untuk pengadaan beras maksimal empat juta ton setiap tahun," kata Djarot.

Menurutnya, kerjasama dengan ATR diharapkan dapat memberi perlindungan dan dukungan percepatan penanganan aset Bulog yang saat ini dikuasai secara tidak sah oleh pihak lain yang tidak berkepentingan.

"Kami mendapati aset tanah Bulog yang berlokasi di wilayah strategis hendak dikuasai oleh pihak-pihak lain dengan berbagai cara, bahkan ada yang menempuh jalur hukum untuk menguasainya meskipun tanah tersebut milik Bulog," kata Djarot.

Jakarta, Indonesia (B2B) - The Public Company of Indonesian Logistics Agency called Bulog signed a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial to support efforts to legalize the the land assets owned by the company that the status of use rights, and reconquering their land assets, which is currently controlled by other parties.

"Bulog in the past are very careless in control of the land assets, so much land the company, which is controlled by individuals and corporations," Director of Bulog Djarot Kusumayakti told reporters here on Tuesday (8/12) after signed the MoU with the Minister Ferry Mursyidan Baldan.

He said said that until now it has 1,550 warehouses that was built in the 70s, and scattered across the Indonesia, a total loading capacity of four million tons of rice.

"Bulog Warehouse is a corporate infrastructure to support the company's role in the procurement of four million tons of rice each year," Mr Kusumayakti said.

According to him, cooperation with the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial is expected to provide protection and support for the acceleration of the handling of Bulog assets that are currently illegally occupied by other parties.

"We found Bulog lands located in strategic areas want controlled by other parties in any way, and some even take legal action to take control even though the land is legally owned by Bulog," he said.
