Jakarta (B2B) - Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) menargetkan transaksi Rp5 miliar dari pameran tematik Smesco Fashion, Food & Packaging Expo 2014 selama 4 hari mulai 14 November 2014 di Convention Hall SME Tower, Jakarta.

"Selama empat hari pameran ditargetkan terjadi transaksi sebesar Rp5 miliar dan dikunjungi 10 ribu orang dari berbagai kalangan termasuk buyers di dalam dan luar negeri termasuk rumah mode dan sekolah mode," kata Deputi Bidang Pemasaran dan Jaringan Usaha Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM Emilia Suhaimi di Jakarta, Senin.

Emilia mengatakan pameran itu digelar sebagai salah satu upaya untuk memfasilitasi KUKM dalam meningkatkan orientasi pasar, memperluas akses dan pangsa pasar, serta daya saing produk KUKM agar mampu berkiprah di pasar domestik dan internasional.

"UKM bidang fashion menempati urutan nomor dua setelah makanan, mulai dari perajin kain tenun, batik, aksesoris, hingga para desainer dan pengusaha konveksi, rumah mode dan distro, mereka tersebar di seluruh nusantara," katanya.

Dia menambahkan, pameran itu mengikutsertakan KUKM yang telah diseleksi dari sisi produksi, kualitas produk, standar produk, kontinuitas produksi, dan lain-lain.

"Pameran ini juga sekaligus untuk mempersiapkan pasar bersama ASEAN bagi para perajin, desainer Indonesia, dan KUKM agar bisa berkompetisi di pasar ASEAN dan pasar dunia," katanya.

Jakarta (B2B) - Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium of Indonesia targets IDR 5 billion transactions in 2014 Smesco Fashion, Food & Packaging Expo which will be held four days from 14 November 2014 at the Convention Hall SME Tower, Jakarta.

"Four-day exhibition is targeted transaction of IDR 5 billion and 10 thousand visitors including buyers from Indonesia and abroad, including fashion houses and fashion school," Emilia Suhaimi, Deputy Marketing and Business Network told to the press here on Monday.

Suhaimi said the exhibition aims to facilitate SMEs in improving the market orientation, expanding access and market share, competitiveness of SMEs in order to compete in domestic and international markets.

"SMEs fashion in second place after food, such as artisans weaving cloth, batik, accessories, designers, entrepreneurs convection, fashion houses across Indonesia," she said.

She added that the expo participants have been selected from the production, product quality, product standards, continuity of production, and others.

"The expo is also to prepare the market for the artisans, designers, and SMEs in order to compete in the ASEAN market and the world market," she said.
