Dalam sebuah pernyataan tertulis di Jakarta, Selasa, Komans HAM Komisaris Siane Indiriani mengatakan tersangka teroris ditembak mati saat ia tak berdaya dan tanpa senjata.
Dia meminta Densus 88 pasukan anti-teror untuk jujur ​​mengakui fakta bahwa telah terjadi di lapangan.
"Mereka seharusnya tidak memutar fakta seakan korban melawan dan melepaskan tembakan ke arah polisi," kata Siane.

She asked the Densus 88 anti-terror squad to honestly admit the fact that had happened in the field.
"They should not twist the fact as if the victim had resisted and opened fire at the police," Siane said.
She said that Komnas HAM had found facts that the victim was not armed and did not resist the arrest. The victim was only running away when the anti-terror police were trying to arrest him.
As explained by the police, she said, security officers found a pistol with six bullets belonging to the victim.
Komnas HAM also urged the National Police to clarify the real incident in an effort to calm down the angry locals in Poso.
"We regret the repressive action taken by the Densus 88 officers which could adversely provoke the angers of the locals," said Siane.
