Jakarta (B2B) - Wakil Ketua DPR RI, Priyo Budi Santoso mengaskan, dirinya tidak tahu dan tidak terlibat dalam kasus korupsi Alquran.
Hal itu dikatakan oleh Priyo terkait dakwaan jaksa penuntut umum KPK dalam berkas dakwaan anggota Badan Anggaran Komisi VIII DPR, Zulkarnaen Djabar dan anaknya Dendy Prasetya selaku Direktur PT Karya Sinergi Alam Indonesia yang menyebut keterlibatannya dalam kasus tersebut di Pengadilan Tipikor.
"Saya 100 persen tidak tahu menahu dan tidak ada kaitannya sama sekali tentang kasus tersebut," kata Priyo di Jakarta, Senin.
Priyo meyakini, proses hukum sebaiknya berjalan sesuai dengan prosedur, berdasarkan data dan fakta yang ada.
"Saya meyakini, proses hukum bisa berjalan transparan, jujur, apa adanya, tidak mengaitkan atau membawa-bawa orang yang memang tidak tahu tentang hal tersebut," kata Ketua DPP Partai Golkar itu.
Ditambahkannya, sebagai wakil Ketua DPR RI bidang Polkam, dirinya tidak pernah bersentuhan sama sekali dengan Komisi VIII DPR RI.
"Saya wakil ketua DPR bidang Polkam, sementara Komisi VIII DPR RI bukan di bawah bidang saya," ujar Priyo.

He added that, as the representative of the Chairman of the House of Representatives Polkam field, he has never had anything to do with the House of Representatives Commission VIII.
"I am the vice chairman of the House Polkam field, while the House of Representatives Commission VIII is not under my field," Priyo said.
