Jakarta (B2B) - Polisi saat ini menerapkan kewaspadaan tinggi setelah pembunuhan dua polisi di Jakarta bulan lalu. Polisi menduga para pelaku memilih korbannya secara acak, asalkan sasarannya adalah polisi.
Kapolda Metro Jaya, Inspektur Jenderal Putut Eko Bayuseno telah mengeluarkan instruksi khusus untuk polisi untuk menjaga kewaspadaan terhadap teror pembunuhan yang menargetkan korbannya adalah personel polisi.
"Kapolda Metro Jaya telah meminta seluruh personil untuk tidak memakai seragam polisi saat dalam perjalanan ke dan dari tempat kerja," kata Juru bicara Polda Rikwanto di Jakarta.
Dia menambahkan, Kapolda juga telah memerintahkan polisi untuk menghindari bertugas sendirian.
