Baru Rp50 Miliar, Dana LPDB yang Dimanfaatkan KUMKM di Kalsel
Indonesian`s South Borneo SME Entrepreneurs are Difficult to Get Capital Loans

Banjarmasin, Kalsel (B2B) - Jumlah koperasi dan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (KUMKM) di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan mencapai ratusan ribu, namun yang memanfaatkan fasilitas dana bergulir dari Lembaga Pengelolaan Dana Bergulir - KUMKM (LPDB-KUMKM) hanya Rp50 miliar, tergolong minim padahal potensi penyaluran dana bergulir sangat besar.
Direktur Utama LPDB-KUMKM Braman Setyo mengatakan sejak lembaga yang dia pimpin berdiri dan hingga saat ini, dana LPDB yang dimanfaatkan KUMKM di Kalsel baru mencapai Rp50 miliar.
"Saya kira kendala utama adalah kurangnya sosialisasi kepada pelaku usaha, hal ini yang mendorong kami melakukan sosialisasi secara inklusif dengan dinas Koperasi dan UMKM provinsi, Jamkrindo dan Jamkrida Kalsel," kata Braman Setyo pada kegiatan Sosialisasi dan Bimbingan Teknis Program Inklusif LPDB-KUMKM di Banjarmasin, Kamis (18/7).
"Saya berharap dengan sosialisasi yang diikuti lebih 200 pelaku usaha dan koperasi di Kalsel. Penyerapan dana bisa lebih besar lagi," katanya.
Ketua Bidang Manajemen Usaha Dewan Kerajinan Nasional (Dekranas) Bintang Puspayoga menyambut baik sinergi Dekranas dengan Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM dalam kegiatan tersebut.
"Dekranas mengharapkan sinergi tersebut akan mempercepat penerapan program dari Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi di daerah," kata Bintang Puspayoga.
Kepala Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Provinsi Kalsel, Gustafa Yandi mengharapkan peserta sosialisasi LPDB-KUMKM dapat memanfaatkan kesempatan dan segera menyiapkan proposal usaha untuk bisa mendapatkan dana bergulir dari LPDB-KUMKM.
"Sekarang prosesnya semakin mudah dan syaratnya juga tidak terlalu sulit. Saya berharap koperasi dan UMKM di Kalsel bisa semakin banyak yang terakses," katanya.

President Director of LPDB-KUMKM Braman Setyo said since the institution he led was established and to date, KUMKM Kalsel only utilizes a capital loan of 50 billion rupiah.
"I think the main obstacle is socialization activities, thus encouraging us to socialize inclusively with the provincial office of cooperatives and SMEs with the stakeholders," Mr Setyo said here recently.
"I hope the socialization event that was attended by more 200 cooperatives and SME entrepreneurs in South Borneo will encourage increased capital loans from LPDB," he said.
Chairman of Business Management of Indonesian Handicraft Board or Dekranas, Bintang Puspayoga Bintang Puspayoga welcomes Dekranas synergy with the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs in the event.
"Dekranas expects the synergy will accelerate the implementation of programs from ministries supporting economic growth in the region," Mrs Puspayoga said.
Head of the Office of Cooperatives and SMEs Province, Gustafa Yandi expect participants socialization can take the opportunity and immediately prepare a business proposal to get a capital loan from LPDB-KUMKM.
"Now the process and requirements are easy, I hope the cooperatives and SMEs in South Borneo take advantage of this opportunity," he said.
