Jakarta (B2B) - Komisi untuk Orang Hilang dan Korban Tindak Kekerasan (KontraS) menuding Kepolisian Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta menutupi fakta dari kasus pembunuhan Sersan Kepala (Serka) Heru Santoso, anggota Komando Pasukan Khusus (Kopassus) di Hugo´s Cafe, Yogya pada 19 Maret 2013.
Kordinator Eksekutif KontraS, Haris Azhar mengatakan indikasi tersebut tampak dari sikap Polda Yogya yang tidak pernah mengumumkan kejadian tewasnya Serka Heru Santoso secara detail.
"Polisi tak pernah mengumumkan kejadian secara detil kejadian dan sebab-musabab pembunuhan Serka Santoso itu," kata Koordinator Kontras, Haris Azhar, Kamis (11/4).
KontraS mensinyalir, kata Haris, berdasarkan hasil investigasinya ternyata peristiwa di Hugo´s Cafe bukan sekadar pembunuhan. Ada sejumlah peristiwa yang terjadi sebelum aksi penikaman terjadi, karena dari informasi yang berhasil dikumpulkan bukan hanya empat tersangka yang terlibat masalah dengan Heru Santoso.
"Jadi itu ada beberapa orang lagi yang ikut melakukan tindak kekerasan terhadap Heru Santoso," kata Haris.
Selain itu, ketika Heru Santoso dibunuh, sebenarnya ada beberapa rekannya yang ada di tempat kejadian perkara. Fakta ini juga ditutupi polisi. "Padahal mereka bisa dijadikan saksi untuk memperkaya pembuktian peristiwa," kata Haris.
CCTV di Hugo's Cafe
Menurut Haris Azhar, pengungkapan fakta peristiwa dari rekaman CCTV milik Hugo's Cafe akan membuka fakta pembunuhan Serka Heru Santoso demi keadilan bagi keluarga almarhum anggota Komando Pasukan Khusus (Kopassus).
"Berikan keadilan untuk keluarga Heru, jangan ditutupi, kalau ada tersangka lain ya harus jujur," kata Haris ketika dihubungi Kamis (11/4).
Sebelumnya, Polda Yogyakarta menyatakan kasus pembunuhan Serka Heru Santoso resmi ditutup, karena keempat tersangka pembunuhnya sudah meninggal dunia sesuai ketentuan dalam Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP).
Keempat tersangka pembunuh Serka Heru Santoso adalah Hendrik Angel Sahetapi alias Deki, Adrianus Candra Galaga, Yohanes Juan Mambait, dan Gameliel Yermiayanto Rohi Riwu. Keempatnya kemudian tewas mengenaskan akibat ditembak ketika berada di sel tahanan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Cebongan, Sleman, Yogyakarta pada 23 Maret.

CCTV at Hugo's Cafe

Previously, Yogyakarta Police homicide sergeant stated Heru Santoso officially closed, because the four suspects the killer has died according to the provisions in the Code of Criminal Law (Penal Code).
Fourth murder suspect TNI Sergeant Heru Santoso, is Angel Sahetapi alias Deki, Adrianus Candra Galaga, Yohanes Juan Mambait and Gameliel Yermiayanto Rohi Riwu. All four subsequently died horribly by shooting while in custody in the prison cell Cebongan, Sleman, Yogyakarta on March 23.
