Jakarta (B2B) - Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) meminta Imigrasi mencegah Ketua Komisi VII DPR RI Sutan Bhatoegana bepergian ke luar negeri demi alasan kepentingan penyidikan untuk tersangka Sekjen Kementerian ESDM Waryono Karno.
"Benar bahwa KPK telah mengirim surat permintaan cegah kepada imigrasi," kata Juru Bicara KPK Johan Budi di Jakarta, Kamis malam.
Selain Sutan, KPK juga meminta tiga nama lain untuk dicegah seperti anggota Komisi VII Tri Yulianto, petinggi SKK Migas Gerhard Rumeser, dan Kepala Bidang Pemindahtanganan Penghapusan dan Pemanfaatan Barang Milik Negara Sri Utami.
Menurut Johan, nama-nama itu sengaja dicekal agar yang bersangkutan tidak berada di luar negeri sehingga memudahkan proses pemeriksaan.
"Kenapa dicegah? Karena sewaktu-waktu dipanggil tidak bepergian ke luar negeri. Untuk keperluan penyidikan," katanya.
Pencegahan ke luar negeri itu berlaku selama enam bulan ke depan sejak dimintakan ke pihak Imigrasi.

Commission also asked for three other names for banned overseas to members of the House of Representatives Commission VII, Tri Yulianto; leaders in Oil & Gas of SKK Gerhard Rumeser, and head of the alienation of the removal and utilization of state property, Sri Utami.
According to Budi, they accidentally banned overseas to facilitate the process of checking corruption in the of Oil and Gas of SKK.
"Why prevented? Because it can be called at any time for investigation," he said.
Prevention abroad was valid for six months since requested to the immigration office.
