Denpasar (B2B) - Provinsi Bali menjadi proyek percontohan pembuatan akte notaris gratis untuk mendirikan koperasi, untuk mendorong semangat para pelaku usaha mikro mengembangkan usahanya melalui badan usaha berbentuk koperasi.
"Untuk tahap awal, Bali menjadi proyek percontohan karena para notaris yang tergabung di Ikatan Notaris Indonesia atau INI untuk mendukung program yang digagas Menteri Puspayoga," kata Sekretaris Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM, Agus Muharam kepada pers di Denpasar, Jumat (28/11).
Agus Muharam yang berada di Bali mendampingi kunjungan kerja Menteri Koperasi dan UKM, AAGN Puspayoga menambahkan, selain menggratiskan pembuatan akte notaris untuk koperasi, INI juga memberi insentif kepada 10 kelompok koperasi pertama di Bali yang memperoleh akte notaris secara gratis.
Sebelumnya dilaporkan, Pemerintah RI menganggarkan dana khusus untuk subsidi biaya pengurusan notaris pendirian koperasi berkisar Rp1.750.000 hingga Rp2.500.00 per koperasi bagi pelaku usaha mikro yang ingin membentuk badan hukum koperasi.
Menteri Koperasi dan UKM, AAGN Puspayoga menegaskan langkah tersebut ditempuh pemerintah untuk membebaskan biaya pengurusan akta koperasi, sebagai upaya mendorong UKM mampu bertahan dan bersaing di era pasar bebas sekaligus meredam dampak kenaikan BBM bersubsidi.
Sampai saat ini jumlah koperasi di Indonesia lebih dari 206.000 unit dengan jumlah anggota hingga 35 juta orang. Jumlah itu diharapkan terus meningkat dengan pelibatan partisipasi masyarakat yang semakin luas dan peningkatan kontribusi terhadap pendapatan domestik bruto (PDB) yang semakin besar.

Previously reported, the Indonesian government allocated special funds to subsidize the cost of license to establish a cooperative in Indonesia as without charge for micro businesses, its subsidy IDR 1,750,000 to Rp 2.500.00 for micro businesses which will establish a cooperative legal entity.
Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs, AAGN Puspayoga confirms the move to encourage SMEs to survive and compete in a free market, and anticipating the impact of subsidized fuel price hike.
The number of cooperatives in Indonesia currently is 206,000 units with 35 million members. The Indonesian government hopes the number continues to rise, to encourage participation of the people´s economy to gross domestic income.
