Jakarta (B2B) - Ketua Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) Abraham Samad mengatakan bahwa pemeriksaan Menteri ESDM Jero Wacik dilakukan untuk menyelidiki lebih jauh mengenai keterlibatan anggota DPR dalam kasus SKK Migas.
Abraham menjelaskan Jero Wacik diperiksa oleh KPK, Senin (2/12) sebagai saksi untuk mengkonfirmasi pernyataan Rudi Rubiandini.
"Pak Jero diperiksa dalam kapasitasnya sebagai saksi untuk Rudi Rubiandini. Oleh karena itu, nanti dari hasil pemeriksaan Pak Jero itu semua akan didalami kembali untuk mendapat kesimpulan," ujarnya.
Abraham menambahkan, KPK tengah mendalami pengakuan Rudi Rubiandini soal THR sebesar US$200 ribu untuk anggota Komisi VII DPR.

The KPK on Monday summoned Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Jero Wacik for questioning in connection with the investigation.
"Jero Waciks questioning is important for verifying the truth behind the alleged involvement of parliament members in the SKK Migas case," explained Samad, before attending a meeting with members of the House of Representatives Commission III.
He noted that the KPK is also still studying the confessions of Rudi Rubiandini, who has been named a suspect in the case, where he had provided US$200 thousand as a "holiday allowance," locally called "THR," to the House of Representatives Commission VII, which was overseeing the energy sector, among other things.
