Jakarta (B2B) - Penghargaan bagi Koperasi Simpan Pinjam terbaik dari Pemerintah RI atau KSP Award 2015 merupakan upaya untuk mengukur pemberdayaan oleh Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM (Kemenkop UKM) setelah 112 KSP dari 21 provinsi lolos seleksi administrasi, kemudian terpilih 30 nominator, dan akhirnya terpilih 10 koperasi yang berhak mendapatkan KSP Award 2015 untuk 10 kategori.
"KSP Award 2015 ini juga untuk mengukur pemberdayaan KSP oleh Kemenkop UKM, dan pemerintah memberikan apresiasi bagi nominator berupa layanan audit dari akuntan publik secara gratis," kata Deputi Bidang Pembiayaan Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM, Choirul Djamhari di Jakarta pada Kamis (26/11).
Menurutnya, kehadiran KSP sangat vital mendukung eksistensi usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) dan meningkatkan motivasi para pengelola KSP dan memberikan layanan prima kepada anggota koperasi.
Dia menambahkan, kementerian membagi dua klasifikasi peserta, yakni kelompok koperasi yang menjalankan USP sebagai satu-satunya usaha, dan kedua adalah kelompok yang mengelola USP sebagai bagian dari usaha koperasi. Sementara, KSP yang boleh berpartisipasi harus berbadan hukum, memiliki izin usaha, dan dinilai cukup sehat.
Sementara kategori untuk pemilihan KSP terbaik meliputi 10 kategori yakni cepat peningkatan jumlah anggota, peningkatan total aset cepat, kinerja keuangan paling baik, terbaik dalam mengumpulkan modal sendiri, kualitas aktiva produktif terbaik, efisien dalam beroperasi, paling baik dalam manajemen usaha, inovatif mengembangkan layanan kepada anggota, aktif menyelenggarakan pendidikan anggota, dan patuh menyampaikan laporan keuangan.
Setelah melakukan penilaian, Dewan Juri menetapkan beberapa pemenang KSP Awards yaitu Kopdit CU Lantang Tipo dari Kalimantan Barat untuk kategori paling cepat peningkatan jumlah anggota, Kospin Jasa Pekalongan dari Jawa Tengah (paling cepat meningkatan jumlah total aset), KSP Mino Martani, Jawa Tengah (kinerja keuangan paling baik), Kopdit CU Mandiri, Sumatera Utara (paling baik pemupukan modal sendiri), KJKS MBT Bima, Jawa Tengah (paling baik kualitas aktiva produktif) KSP Nasari, Jawa Tengah (paling efisien dalam beroperasi), Kopdit Obor Mas, Nusa Tenggara Timur (paling baik dalam manajemen usaha), Kopdit Sehati, Jakarta (paling inovatif dalam mengembangkan usaha), KSP Wisuda Guna Raharja, Bali (paling aktif dalam menyelenggarakan pendidikan anggota), dan KSP Guna Prima Dana, Bali (paling patuh menyampaikan laporan keuangan).

He added that the ministry divides the two classifications of participants, which is cooperatives group that runs the USP as the only business, and second is the group who manage USP as part of a cooperatives effort. Meanwhile, the KSP is allowed to participate should be a legal entity, having a business license, and was considered quite healthy.
While the categories for the selection of KSP best covering 10 categories of the rapid increase in membership, an increase in total assets, the financial performance of the best, the best in collecting their own capital, productive assets, operates an efficient, business management, develop innovative services to cooperative members, actively conduct education for cooperatives members, and compliant financial reports.
After the assessment, the jury set the winners: CU Lantang Tipo of West Kalimantan to the category of the most rapid increase in the number of cooperative members, Jasa Pekalongan of Central Java as the most rapidly increasing the amount of total assets, Mino Martani of Central Java as the most good financial performance, CU Mandiri of North Sumatra as the best cooperative's own capital accumulation, MBT Bima of Central Java as the (the most excellent of asset quality) Nasari of Central Java (most efficient in operation), Obor Mas of East Nusa Tenggara as the best in business management, Sehati of Jakarta as the most innovative in developing businesses), Wisuda Guna Raharja of Bali as the most active members of cooperative education, and Guna Prima Dana of Bali as the most obedient to submit financial statements.
