Jakarta (B2B) - Media sosial Facebook, Twitter dan Facebook menjadi pilihan para kandidat presiden untuk merebut hati calon pemilih. Meskipun Gita Wirjawan, menteri perdagangan maupun Dahlan Iskan, menteri BUMN sibuk ´kampanye´ di internet ternyata kedua peserta konvensi Partai Demokrat sulit membendung popularitas Joko Widodo, Gubernur DKI Jakarta yang sibuk membenahi berbagai persoalan di ibukota Republik Indonesia (RI).
Dari penelusuruan Tempo Political Index pada 3-9 Desember 2013, Jokowi menjadi perbincangan lebih dari 105.569 kali di Facebook dan Twitter atau menguasai 52% share of awareness seperti dilansir tempo.co.
Dahlan Iskan meskipun kerap menyambangi kantor-kantor BUMN di seluruh Indonesia ternyata hanya menguasai share of awareness 9% atau 18.010 percakapan.
Kandidat presiden yang dikenal agresif merebut hati publik yakni Gita Wirjawan, Anies Baswedan, dan Hatta Rajasa (menteri koordinator perekonomian) berada di posisi ketiga. Mereka sama-sama menguasai 6% share of awareness di Facebook dan Twitter.
Meskipun gencar pasang iklan di media massa cetak, elektronik dan online ternyata Gita Wirjawan hanya dipercakapkan 11.714 kali, Hatta (11.973) dan Anies Baswedan (11.898).
Diagram share of awarenes digunakan untuk mengetahui porsi buzz--jumlah percakapan di media sosial--bagi tiap-tiap kandidat dari keseluruhan buzz yang diperoleh semua kandidat.
Topik yang diperbincangkan publik tentang Jokowi meliputi skenario pemerintahan Jakarta jika Jokowi maju dalam bursa pemilihan presiden 2014, sikap rendah hati mantan Wali Kota Solo itu, kehadirannya dalam beberapa acara seperti kunjungan ke Sumatera Selatan, dan isu-isu Jakarta yang berkaitan dengan banjir, rencana mengatasi kemacetan, penataan kota, serta ketenagakerjaan.
Yang bernasib nahas adalah dua calon presiden Aburizal Bakrie dan Prabowo Subianto. Nilai buzz kedua kandidat tersebut jauh lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan minggu–minggu sebelumnya. Aburizal cuma mengantongi share of awareness 2 persen. Adapun Prabowo hanya meraih 1 persen.
