Jakarta (B2B) - Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Bandung di Provinsi Jawa Barat menggagas aplikasi smartphone yang dinamai Gampil singkatan dari Gadget Mobile Application for Licence, untuk mendapatkan tanda daftar usaha mikro/kecil dan otomatis bankable apabila berniat mendapatkan skema kredit usaha rakyat (KUR).
"Di Bandung untuk menjadi pengusaha kecil tidak perlu izin, cukup memberitahu pemerintah kota, dan akan direspon dengan mengeluarkan tanda daftar usaha mikro atau kecil dan langsung bankable untuk mendapat skema kredit KUR," kata Walikota Bandung Ridwan Kamil kepada Menteri Koperasi dan UKM AAGN Puspayoga di Bandung pada Selasa (23/2).
Menteri Puspayoga menyambut gembira gagasan Pemkot Bandung dan langsung meng-install aplikasi Gampil pada ponselnya, seraya mengundang penggagas aplikasi ke kantor Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM di Jakarta.
"Inilah inovasi yang dibuat Walikota Ridwan Kamil dan mestinya ini menjadi pilot project di seluruh Indonesia, karena cukup mudah untuk mendaftarkan usahanya melalui ponsel," kata Puspayoga.
Ridwan Kamil mengatakan aplikasi Gampil dapat diunduh di Playstore Android dengan keyword 'Gampil' dan hanya berlaku untuk warga dengan KTP Bandung, dan perbankan siap mendukung untuk menyalurkan dana KUR dan kredit mikro apabila diperlukan oleh pelaku usaha UMKM.

"To become a small entrepreneurs in Bandung do not need permission, just sign up to the city government, and will be responded by issuing a registration certificate as micro or small, and immediately bankable to get a a small business credit," said Bandung Mayor, Ridwan Kamil to Indonesian Cooperatives and SMEs Minister AAGN Puspayoga here on Tuesday (23/2).
Minister Puspayoga welcomed the idea of Bandung, and directly install the application on his smartphone, while invited the the initiator of the application to his office in Jakarta.
"This innovation made Mayor Ridwan Kamil and this should be a pilot project in Indonesia, because it is quite easy to register their business via smartphone," Puspayoga said.
Mayor Kamil said Gampil application available for download on Android PlayStore with the keyword 'gampil' and apply only to citizens with identity cards of Bandung, and the bank is ready to support it easy for small entrepreneurs to get a small business credit.
