Jakarta (B2B) - Pemerintah RI mengusulkan pengembangan ´SME e-Promotion Portal` untuk memfasilitasi usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) mempromosikan produknya di kawasan Asia Pasifik, yang disampaikan oleh Deputi Pengkajian Sumberdaya UMKM, Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM, Meliadi Sembiring di Iloilo, Filipina pada Jumat (25/9).
Usulan tersebut dikemukakan Meliadi Sembiring selaku pimpinan delegasi Indonesia mewakili Menteri Koperasi dan UKM, AAGN Puspayoga pada Pertemuan Menteri UKM Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) ke-22 yang berlangsung di kota Iloilo, Filipina.
"Untuk memfasilitasi UKM mempromosikan produknya di kawasan Asia-Pasifik, Indonesia mengusulkan pengembangan SME e-Promotion Portal berbasis internet dibawah kerangka kerjasama APEC untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada usaha mikro dan UKM mempromosikan produknya, dan menggaet mitra usaha potensial dari manca negara," kata Meliadi Sembiring.
Menurutnya, dalam Pertemuan the 22th APEC SME Ministerial Meeting di Filipina tersebut, Indonesia mendapat kesempatan berbagi pengalaman dalam memfasilitasi UKM memasuki pasar global antara lain dengan cara memberi peluang UKM mengikuti pameran dan misi dagang ke luar negeri.
"Selain itu dapat mengembangkan kerja sama dengan perwakilan dagang negara lain yang dilakukan utamanya oleh LLP-KUKM (Lembaga Layanan Pemasaran KUKM) dan membangun trading board berbasis internet," kata Meliadi Sembiring.
Turut hadir Staf Ahli Menteri Koperasi dan UKM, Hasan Jauhari dan Asisten Deputi Urusan Penelitian Sumberdaya UKM, Daniel Asnur mendampingi Meliadi Sembiring.

Deputy Assessment Resource SMEs at the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, Meliadi Sembiring submit a proposal of Indonesia as the chairman of delegation represent Indonesian Cooperatives and SMEs Minister, AAGN Puspayoga at the 22th APEC SME Ministerial Meeting.
"To support SMEs to promote their products in the Asia-Pacific region, Indonesia proposed the development of SME e-Promotion Portal Internet-based under the framework of cooperation of APEC, to provide opportunities for micro businesses and SMEs to promote their products, and invite business partners potential of foreign countries," Mr Sembiring said.
According to him, the 22th APEC SME Ministerial Meeting in Philippine, Indonesia had the opportunity to share experiences in facilitating SMEs to penetrate the global market such as to give SMEs the opportunity to follow the exhibitions and trade missions abroad.
"In addition, provide opportunities to develop cooperation with trade representatives of other countries conducted by the marketing services agency cooperatives and SMEs, and building trades board via the internet," he said.
Also attended the Expert Staff of Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs, Hasan Jauhari and Deputy Assistant for Research Resources of SMEs, Daniel Asnur who accompanied Mr Sembiring.
