Jakarta (B2B) - Hasil survei Indonesia Network Elections Survey (INES) menyatakan masyarakat Indonesia kebanyakan mengaku tidak puas terhadap kinerja Pemerintahan Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) dalam penegakan hukum dan pemberantasan korupsi.
"Survey menunjukkan 72,3% rakyat tidak puas terhadap kinerja penegakan hukum dan pemberantasan korupsi oleh penegak hukum seperti KPK, kejaksaan, polisi dan kehakiman," kata Direktur Eksekutif INES Sudrajat Sacawisastra dalam pemaparan hasil survei bertema Survey Elektabilitas Parpol dan Capres Jelang Pemilu 2014 di Jakarta (7/4).
Menurut Sudrajat, ketidakpuasan ini didasari lemahnya efek jera dalam penegakan hukum kasus korupsi. Integritas penegak hukum menyumbang faktor terbesar dalam ketidakpuasan tersebut.
Praktik korupsi seperti pembekingan aktivitas ilegal, pemerasan, pungutan liar, setoran, suap-menyuap, jual beli kasus, jual beli besar kecilnya tuntutan dan penggunaan pasal tuntutan di KPK, dan Kejaksaan terhadap koruptor menjadi alasan ketidakpuasan.
"Bahkan, karena korupnya penegakan hukum, berbagai kasus korupsi yang ditangani mereka sering berujung pada SP3 (Surat Perintah Penghentian Penyidikan), kasus yang dipetieskan, atau bahkan berakhir damai," tukas Sudrajat.

"The survey shows 72.3% of the people are not satisfied with the performance of law enforcement and eradication of corruption by law enforcement agencies such as KPK, prosecutors, police and the judiciary," said Executive Director INES, Sudrajat Sacawisastra in the exposure survey entitled Survey electability Political Parties and Presidential Candidate Ahead of the 2014 Election in Jakarta (7/4).
According to Sudrajat, dissatisfaction is based on the weakness of the deterrent effect of law enforcement corruption cases. Integrity of law enforcement contributed the biggest factor in dissatisfaction.
Backing corrupt practices such as illegal activity, racketeering, illegal levies, payments, bribery, trading cases, trading lawsuits in the courts and the use of an article at the KPK demands.
"In fact, because of corrupt law enforcement, corruption cases are handled they often lead to Warrant Termination of Investigation or SP3, the case is shelved," said Sudrajat.
