Puspayoga: 62.234 Koperasi Dibubarkan karena Tidak Aktif

Jakarta (B2B) - Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) akan fokus mengembangkan 147.249 koperasi di seluruh Indonesia yang aktif secara kelembagaan maupun usaha, sementara 62.234 koperasi akan dibubarkan karena tidak lagi aktif.
Menteri Koperasi dan UKM, AAGN Puspayoga mengatakan dari 147.249 koperasi yang aktif, sekitar 80.808 unit atau 54,34% melaksanakan Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT) dan 67.241 unit (45,66%) belum melaksanakan RAT menjadi prioritas pemerintah untuk mendapatkan Sertifikat Nomor Induk Koperasi (NIK).
"Semua koperasi yang aktif dapat mendaftarkan nomor induk koperasi secara online agar lebih mudah, tanpa biaya dan berlangsung transparan," kata Puspayoga pada peluncuran Sertifikat NIK di kantornya di Jakarta, Selasa (26/5).
Dia menambahkan, kebijakan pemerintah ke depan hanya fokus pada koperasi yang aktif saja, dengan konsekuensi 62.234 koperasi yang tidak aktif harus dibubarkan sesuai aturan yang berlaku.
Menurut Puspayoga, kementeriannya akan fokus dan memberi prioritas pada 147.249 koperasi aktif sebagai target sasaran pelaksanaan program kementerian seperti peningkatan daya saing dan penguatan kelembagaan koperasi sesuai kapasitasnya.
"Selain itu, koperasi aktif akan didorong bermitra dengan lembaga lain seperti BUMN, BUMD maupun swasta dengan prinsip saling menguntungkan, sekaligus menjadi contoh bagi koperasi lainnya untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan kualitasnya," kata Menteri Puspayoga.

"All active cooperatives could get the identification numbers cooperative online because it is convenient, free, and transparent," Mr Puspayoga said at the launch of the NIK Certificate in his office here on Tuesday (26/5).
He added that government policies focus only on the active cooperation, then 62,234 cooperatives are inactive should be disbanded according to the rules.
According to Puspayoga, his ministry will focus on and give priority to the 147,249 active cooperatives as a target implementation of ministry programs such as increasing competitiveness and strengthening of cooperative institutions according to its capacity.
"In addition, active cooperation will be encouraged to partner with other institutions such as state enterprises, and private enterprises with the principle of mutual benefit, as well as a model for other cooperatives to increase the capacity and quality," he said.
