Jakarta (B2B) - Waryono Karno, Sekretaris Jenderal Kementerian Energi Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) dicegah bepergian ke luar negeri oleh Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia sejak 29 Agustus 2013 hingga enam bulan ke depan.
Wakil Menteri Hukum dan HAM, Denny Indrayana membenarkan bahwa Ditjen Imigrasi melakukan pencegahan ke luar negeri terhadap Wahyono Karno atas permintaan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi, untuk kepentingan penyidikan kasus dugaan suap Kepala SKK Migas non-aktif, Rudi Rubiandini.
"Betul dicekal," kata Denny ketika dikonfirmasi wartawan, Jumat (30/8).
Sebelumnya diberitakan, KPK menemukan USD 200 ribu di ruang kerja Waryono saat melakukan penggeladahan pasca operasi tangkap tangan Rudi yang diduga menerima suap dari PT Kernell Oil. KPK juga berencana memeriksa Waryono.
