Jakarta (B2B) - Sengkarut grasi Meirika Franola alias Ola kian merepotkan Istana, pasalnya DPR berencana menggelar Interpelasi untuk membuktikan adanya ´kekuatan mafia´ di balik pemberian grasi terhadap terpidana mati kasus narkoba tersebut.
Anggota Komisi III DPR, Ahmad Yani menegaskan upayanya untuk mendorong upaya Interpelasi untuk mengungkap Grasi Ola.
‘’Masalah ini harus diungkap. Kami akan motori interpelasi kasus ini,’’ kata Ahmad Yani ketika dihubungi di Jakarta, Senin (12/11/12).
Menurutnya, pihak yang paling bertanggung jawab terhadap Grasi Ola adalah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM, Sekretariat Negara dan Sekretaris Kabinet.
"Diduga ada disinformasi sehingga Presiden terbitkan grasi Ola. Ini berbahaya," ungkap politisi dari Partai Persatuan Pembangunan (PPP) ini lagi.

Jakarta (B2B) - The problem on clemency for Meirika Franola alias Ola is irritating the Palace. DPR plans to organize interpellation to prove the presence of ‘mafia’ behind the clemency given to the suspect of drug case being sentenced to death.
Member of Commission III of DPR, Ahmad Yani, emphasizes about his efforts to urge for interpellation to reveal the detail of Ola’s clemency.
“This must be revealed. We will initiate interpellation for this case,” said Ahmad Yani when contacted in Jakarta on Monday ( 12/11).
He argued that the most responsible party for the clemency is Ministry of Law and Human Rights, State Secretary, and Secretary of Cabinet.
“It is suspected that there is misinformation, hence the President gives clemency for Ola. This is dangerous,” said the politician from PPP.
