Jakarta (B2B) - Penangkapan Kepala Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas) Rudi Rubiandini membuat banyak orang tersentak. Pasalnya, lembaga pengganti BP Migas ini didukung oleh Komisi Pengawas yang dipimpin oleh Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Jero Wacik.
Komisi Pengawas SKK Migas diatur dalam Peraturan Presiden No.9 tahun 2013 tentang Penyelenggaraan Pengelolaan Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi.
Dalam susunan kepengurusan Komisi Pengawas SKK Migas, Menteri ESDM ditetapkan sebagai ketua dengan wakil menteri keuangan sebagai wakil ketua dan wakil menteri ESDM dan Kepala Kordinasi Penanaman Modal sebagai anggota.
Ketika Rudi Rubiandini dilantik oleh Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Jero Wacik, di Kantor Kementrian ESDM, Jakarta pada 16 Januari 2013, Jero Wacik sesumbar akan melakukan pengawasan terhadap kinerja SKK Migas.
"Kami akan awasi semuanya. SKK Migas tidak lagi seperti BP Migas. Misalkan, kalau ada reorganisasi, maka mesti melapor ke Komisi Pengawas," kata Jero Wacik usai melantik Rudi.

Menanggapi posisi dan peran Jero Wacik terhadap SKK Migas, pengamat politik Universitas Indonesia (UI) Iberamsjah mengatakan Menteri ESDM Jero Wacik harus mundur terkait tertangkapnya Rudi Rubiandini oleh KPK pada Rabu dini hari (14/8).
"Jero Wacik harus mundur sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab dalam posisi atasan langsung dari Rudi. Meskipun sulit membuktikan ada aliran dana yang mengalir ke Jero Wacik, tapi yang pasti sebagai atasan Rudi harus bertanggung jawab. Jero Wacik harus mundur," kata Iberamsjah, Rabu (14/8).
Jero harus mundur, katanya lagi, karena telah salah mengangkat dan mempercayakan orang untuk menjabat sebagai kepala SKK Migas.
