Jakarta (B2B) - Hasil survei terbaru dari Lingkaran Survei Indonesia (LSI) menyebutkan 87,6% publik (responden) menginginkan calon presiden (capres) tahun 2014 adalah figur yang melindungi keberagaman Indonesia, sedangkan tidak menginginkan 9,2% dan yang tidak tahu (tidak menjawab) sebanyak 3,2%.
Peneliti senior LSI Adjie Alraraby didampingi Direktur Yayasan Denny JA (YDJA) Novriantoni Kahar mengatakan hal tersebut kepada pers di Jakarta, Minggu.
Adjie mengatakan survei itu dikerjakan LSI bersama YDJA yang mengkhususkan diri dalam isu diskriminasi, pada 14-17 Desember 2012 dengan 440 responden dari 33 provinsi.
"Survei ini mengunakan metode multistage random sampling dengan instrumen 'Quick Poll' LSI. Tingkat kesalahan (margin of error) sekitar 4,8 persen," ungkap Adjie.
Menurutnya, survei ini juga melaksanakan riset kualitatif (in depth interview, Focus Discussion Group, analisis media nasional) untuk memperkaya perspektif terhadap fokus kajian," katanya.
