Jakarta (B2B) - Wakil Ketua DPR Priyo Budi Santoso mengaku keberatan apabila dipanggil Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) untuk diperiksa terkait dugaan keterlibatannya pada dugaan korupsi pengadaan Alquran dan laboratorium informasi teknologi (IT) di Kementerian Agama.
"Kalau boleh jujur saya agak keberatan, tapi kalau KPK memanggil ya saya akan patuhi," kata politisi Golkar ini di gedung parlemen Senayan, Senin (3/6). Namun dia menolak alasan keberatannya tersebut.
Sebelumnya, hakim anggota di Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) menyebut Priyo menerima jatah uang dari proyek pengadaan laboratorium komputer tahun 2011 di Kementerian Agama sebesar 1% persen dari nilai proyek sebesar Rp31,2 miliar.
"Untuk pengadaan laboratorium komputer tahun 2011 sebesar Rp31,2 miliar, Senayan atau Zulkarnaen mendapat jatah enam persen, Fahd 3,2 persen, Dendy 2,2 persen, Vascoruseimy atau Syamsurahman dua persen, Priyo Budi Santoso satu persen dan kantor satu persen," kata hakim anggota, Alexander Marwata di Pengadilan Tipikor Jakarta, Kamis pekan lalu (30/5).
