Jakarta (B2B) - Buku tentang 100 Koperasi Besar Indonesia (KBI) jilid kedua telah diluncurkan pada Kamis (12/11) oleh Menteri Koperasi dan UKM, AAGN Puspayoga, menyusul sukses buku 100 KBI jilid pertama yang pernah dibawa oleh Menteri Syarief Hasan dalam kunjungan kerjanya ke Amerika Serikat (AS) pada 2012.
Penulis buku, Irsyad Muchtar menyusun buku 100 KBI jilid kedua mengacu pada pendekatan kuantitatif dengan merujuk pada Peraturan Menteri Koperasi dan UKM (Permenkop dan UKM) Nomor 07/Per/M-KUM/XI/2012 yang menetapkan krirteria koperasi besar adalah aset minimal Rp10 miliar.
"Volume usaha atau omzet Rp50 miliar dan anggota 1000 orang, agar tak sekadar berhenti di kriteria kuantitatif, kami menambah bobot penilaian dengan menyigi aspek manajemen, informasi teknologi, CSR, pendidikan dan audit keuangan," kata Irsyad Muchtar yang juga Pemimpin Redaksi majalah Peluang kepada pers di Jakarta usai peluncuran bukunya.
Menurutnya, berdasarkan kriteria Permenkop tersebut, pihaknya berhasil menghimpun hingga 193 koperasi besar. Setelah memilih 100 koperasi terbaik maka 93 koperasi lainnya masuk dalam kategori ´Koperasi Progresif´.
"Buku ini memberikan pedoman bahwa bisnis koperasi ternyata masih sangat menjanjikan. Bisa dilhat dari total kinerja 100 KBI tersebut yang mampu menghimpun aset Rp37 triliun, volume usaha Rp38 triliun dan melayani 2,5 juta orang," kata Irsyad Muchtar, mantan wartawan HU Media Indonesia.
Sementara apabila diakumulasikan dengan 300 KBI maka terhimpun aset Rp47,2 triliun, omset Rp49,5 triliun, dan melayani 4,2 juta anggota di seluruh Indonesia.
Menyambut penerbitan buku tersebut, Menkop Puspayoga menginginkan buku 100 KBI dapat dijaga kesinambungannya agar masyarakat mengetahui perkembangan koperasi Indonesia yang sebenarnya.
"Saya harapkan buku ini mendapat respon positif dari pelaku koperasi di Indonesia maupun masyarakat untuk mendukung pengembangan koperasi di Indonesia, setelah mengetahui data dan fakta peta perkoperasian Indonesia," kata Puspayoga.
Jakarta (B2B) - A book about 100 the Best Cooperatives in Indonesia second edition was launched on Thursday (11/12) by Indonesian Cooperatives and SMEs, AAGN Puspayoga to follow the success of the first edition which was taken by Minister Syarief Hasan in his working visit to the United States (USA) in 2012.
Author of the book, Irsyad Muchtar compile the book refers to a quantitative approach with reference to the ministerial decree No. 07/Per/M-KUM/XI /2012, which determines the criteria for large cooperatives with minimum assets of 10 billion rupiah.
"With a turnover of 50 billion rupiah and 1,000 members, so not just stop at quantitative criteria, we add to the assessment by surveying aspects of management, information technology, the CSR, education and financial audit," said Mr Muchtar who is also Chief Editor of the Peluang magazine to the press in Jakarta after the launch of his book.
According to him, based on criteria of ministerial regulation then it managed to elect 193 cooperatives were considered successful, and after selecting 100 best cooperative, then 93 cooperatives were classified in the category of progressive cooperatives.
"This book provides guidelines that a cooperative business is still promising. It can be seen from their performance with total assets of 37 trillion rupiah, the turnover of 38 trillion rupiah, and serve 2.5 million members," said Mr Muchtar who was former journalist of Media Indonesia daily newspaper.
If the accumulated, total assets reached 47.2 trillion rupiah, the turnover of 49.5 trillion rupiah, and serves 4.2 million members across Indonesia of 300 best cooperatives in Indonesia today.
Minister Puspayoga hopes the book can help people to know the development of Indonesian cooperatives from the standpoint of other parties outside the government.
"I hope this book positively responded by the cooperative management and the community to support the development of cooperatives in Indonesia, after knowing the data and facts about cooperatives in Indonesia," Puspayoga said.
