Jakarta (B2B) - Pengelola Dana Bergulir Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (LPDB-KUMKM) mengajukan anggaran Rp1 triliun melalui Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM pada RAPBN 2017, yang bertujuan menambah dana pembiayaan pada koperasi dan UKM di seluruh Indonesia.
"Kalau disetujui, kami akan memiliki total anggaran Rp2 triliun, Rp1 triliun diperoleh dari dana pengembalian koperasi dan UKM, mudah-mudahan tidak meleset," kata Direktur Utama LPDB-KUMKM, Kemas Danial kepada pers di Jakarta pada akhir pekan lalu.
Dia mengaku optimistis pengajuan anggaran tersebut bakal dipenuhi pemerintah, karena Presiden RI Joko Widodo berkomitmen untuk menambah anggaran pengembangan UKM pada 2017.
Menurutnya, saat ini penyaluran kredit dari LPDB-KUMKM kepada koperasi dan UKM sudah mencapai 30% dari target penyaluran Rp1 triliun, diharapkan hingga akhir 2016 dana penyaluran dapat mencapai 80%.
"Selama 10 tahun LPDB-KUMKM berdiri, sudah 4.198 koperasi dan UKM yang diberi kredit senilai Rp7,5 triliun," kata Kemas Daniel yang dijumpai pada penutupan Turnamen Tenis Meja LPDB Cup 2016.
Kemas menambahkan, pihaknya akan menambah wilayah satuan tugas (satgas) pengawas penyaluran kredit kepada koperasi dan UKM, yakni di Bali, Medan, dan Sumatra Selatan. Satgas itu akan mengawasi penyaluran kredit sekaligus memastikan tidak ada kredit macet.
Jakarta (B2B) - The Indonesia's fund management institutions lending to micro, small and medium enterprises (LPDB-KUMKM) proposed budget of 1 trillion rupiah through the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs on the 2017 draft budget, which aims to increase the budget financing for cooperatives and SMEs across the country, according to head of LPDB-KUMKM.
"If the government agrees, we will have a total budget of 2 trillion rupiah, and 1 trillion rupiah of funds in cooperatives and SMEs, may not be missed," President Director of LPDB-KUMKM, Kemas Danial told the press here Jakarta last weekend.
He is optimistic that the budget proposal will be approved by the government, since President Joko Widodo is committed to increase the budget for SME development in 2017.
According to him, the current loan portfolio of LPDB-KUMKM to cooperatives and SMEs has reached 30% of the target of 1 trillion rupiah, expected by the end of 2016 may reach 80%.
"After LPDB-KUMKM was established 10 years ago, there were 4,198 cooperatives and SMEs with total loans of 7.5 trillion rupiah," he said in LPDB Cup Table Tennis Tournament, 2016.
Mr Danial added that his institution would add to the area supervisor task force in Bali, Medan and South Sumatra. The task force will oversee the distribution of credit funds, while ensuring no bad debts.
