Jakarta (B2B) - Fraksi PDI Perjuangan (F-PDIP) di DPR RI menyatakan satu suara mendukung revisi UU Nomor 30/2002 tentang Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) sebagai perintah partai, dan seluruh anggota F-PDIP di DPR sepakat mengusung dan melaksanakan.
"Kader PDI Perjuangan harus tegak lurus, kalau perintah pimpinan A maka semua harus harus melaksanakan," kata Sekretaris Fraksi PDI Perjuangan, Bambang Wuryanto di gedung parlemen Senayan Jakarta pada Kamis (8/10).
Menurutnya, revisi UU KPK merupakan perintah partai, dan seluruh anggota fraksinya di DPR harus sepakat melaksanakannya, setelah melihat sejarah dari pembentukan KPK hingga akhirnya usulan revisi UU KPK tersebut muncul.
Bambang menambahkan, KPK dibentuk pada 2002 ketika Kepolisian RI (Polri) dan Kejaksaan Agung tidak berdaya memberantas korupsi, sehingga dibentuk KPK karena kondisinya extraordinary, dan kini kedua lembaga penegak hukum sudah lebih baik maka KPK harus mendukung penguatan Polri dan Kejagung.
"KPK dibentuk karena lembaga penegak hukum belum mampu dalam penanganan perkara korupsi. Namun, saat ini, dua lembaga itu sudah dianggap mampu, sehingga tugas KPK diubah," katanya lagi.
Dia menambahkan terkait usulan masa tugas KPK hanya 12 tahun sejak revisi UU KPK diberlakukan, hal itu merujuk pada Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah (RPJM).
"Usianya itu sama dengan RPJM, harusnya sudah selesai. Itu juga sama dengan lima kali Repelita kalau jaman Pak Harto. Lima kali repelita itu artinya sudah tinggal landas," katanya.
Dia menekankan wewenang penyadapan KPK bisa dilakukan apabila ada indikasi sehingga tidak boleh setiap orang disadap. Hal itu menurut dia agar tidak terjadi penyalahgunaan wewenang oleh KPK.

"Members of the PDI-P in the House should support, if the chairman of a political party to say A, we all have to support," said PDI-P Faction Secretary, Bambang Wuryantohe at the parliament building in Senayan Jakarta on Thursday (8/10).
According to him, the revision of Law on Eradication Corruption is an order of political party, and all members of the faction in the House of Representatives must agree to support, after seeing the history of the formation of of KPK to come out proposed revisions to the legislation of KPK.
Mr Wuryanto added, the Commission established in 2002 while Indonesian National Police or the Police, and the Attorney General powerless to combat corruption, so that the Commission was formed because the condition is extraordinary, and now both institutions are better, then the Commission should support the strengthening of the National Police and the Attorney General.
"The establishment of the Commission for the law enforcement agencies had not able to overcome corruption. However, today the institution is considered capable, so that the task of the Commission be changed," he said.
He added that the proposals related to the working period is only 12 years since the revision of the KPK Law was enacted, it refers to the Medium-Term Development Plan or Development Plan.
"The task of the Commission should refer to the Development Plan has been completed. It was also the same as the five-year period of development in the era of President Soeharto.
He emphasized the authority of the Commission wiretap can be done if there are indications, but not everyone should be tapped, the purpose of the restrictions to prevent abuse of power by the Commission.
