Jakarta (B2B) - Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) akan memeriksa Menteri Energi Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Jero Wacik setelah memeriksa Sekretaris Jenderal Kementerian ESDM, Waryono Karno dalam kasus dugaan suap di Satuan Kerja Khusus Minyak dan Gas (SKK Migas).
Ketua KPK Abraham Samad mengatakan, KPK akan lebih dulu memeriksa Sekjen ESDM Waryono Karno, barulah menyimpulkan untuk melanjutkan pemeriksaan kepada Menteri ESDM Jero Wacik.
"Sebab itu, pemeriksaan Sekjen ESDM menjadi prioritas KPK," kata Abraham Samad di gedung KPK Jakarta, Jumat (27/9).
Menurut Abraham, pemeriksaan terhadap Waryono Karno tidak hanya pada soal temuan uang, tapi banyak hal yang harus diklarifikasi.
"Bukan hanya pada mereka yang ditetapkan KPK sebagai tersangka, KPK akan mengembangkan ke sektor migas sebagai bagian dari roadmap KPK untuk mengungkap kasus korupsi di sektor migas hingga tuntas," tambah Abraham.

"Therefore, the examination of the Secretary of EMR, became the KPK priority," Samad said in KPK building in Jakarta, Friday (27/9).
According to Samad, KPK will examining Waryono Karno not only focus on bribes, but clarification about a lot of things.
"Not only to those who have been named as a suspect, KPK to develop to the oil and gas sector as part of the roadmap KPK to uncover cases of corruption in the oil and gas sector to its conclusion," Abraham added.
