Jakarta (B2B) - Ketua DPR RI Setya Novanto mengaku tidak masalah terkait adanya rencana pelantikan pemimpin DPR tandingan yang diprakarsai oleh anggota legislatif dari Koalisi Indonesia Hebat, karena pemimpin yang ada sekarang dibentuk sudah sesuai prosedur.
"Tidak ada masalah bila ada pelantikan Pimpinan DPR tandingan. Karena pengisian pimpinan yang sudah dilakukan sebelumnya mengacu pada undang-undang MD3 dan tata tertib," katanya di Kupang, Kamis.
Politisi Partai Demokrasi Perjuangan (PDIP) Arief Wibowo, Victor Laiskodat dari NasDem, Syaifullah dari PPP, dan sejumlah perwakilan lainnya dari Koalisi Indonesia Hebat, membentuk pemimpin DPR tandingan, dengan komposisi Ketua Pramono Anung, Wakil Ketua Abdul Kadir Karding, Wakil Ketua Syaifullah Tamliha, Wakil Ketua Patrice Rio Capella dan Wakil Ketua Dossy Iskandar.
Setya Novanto menegaskan bahwa hingga saat ini Ketua DPR RI masih Setya Novanto dan tidak ada masalah bagi pihak lain yang akan melantik pemimpin DPR tandingan.
Dia mengatakan, proses pengisian pemimpin komisi dan alat kelengkapan di DPR RI sudah sesuai prosedur yang berlaku, dan sejalan dengan tata tertib yang ada. Dengan demikian, kesan kisruh yang diutarakan pihak-pihak tertentu, tidaklah terjadi.
"Untuk saat ini, biarlah masyarakat yang menilai, semua yang dilakukan Koalisi Merah Putih untuk kepentingan rakyat. Biarlah rakyatlah yang tahu, kita tetap bekerja, tetap melakukan program-program dengan mitra kerja dan sekarang sudah dilakukan dan mulai berjalan," katanya.
Jakarta (B2B) - Indonesian House Speaker, Setya Novanto has no problem with the Great Indonesia Coalitions plan to inaugurate a shadow DPR leadership, following its landslide defeat in the election of House Commission chiefs.
"We will have no problem if a shadow DPR leadership is inaugurated. The existing DPR leadership was elected based on the Legislative Institution (MD3) Law and rules of conduct," he said here on Thursday.
Arief Wibowo of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P), Victor Laiskodat of the National Democratic (NasDem) Party, Syaifullah of the United Development Party (PPP), and several other representatives of the Great Indonesia Coalition have created a shadow DPR leadership. Pramono Anung is the chairman of this shadow leadership, and Abdul Kadir Karding, Syaifullah Tamliha, Patrice Rio Capella and Dossy Iskandar are the deputy chairmen.
Novanto further stated that as the current DPR chairman, he had no objections to the other coalition inaugurating a shadow DPR leadership. Under these current circumstances, he noted that the DPR leadership gives adequate opportunities to the public to evaluate them.
The political parties that are part of the Red-White Coalition will continue to implement several agendas in the interest of the Indonesian people, he affirmed.
"Let the public evaluate; they know best. The Red-White Coalition will strive to serve their interests and continue to work to implement programs with our partners, which is what we have done," he remarked.
