Jakarta (B2B) - Bambang Widjojanto, nama dan tanda tangan Wakil Ketua Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) ini tercantum dalam Surat Perintah Penyidikan (Sprindik) terhadap Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM). Sprindik tersebut menyatakan KPK akan memeriksa petinggi Partai Demokrat sebagai tersangka kasus suap yang melibatkan PT Kernel Oil Indonesia dan Kepala SKK Migas, Rudi Rubiandini yang telah ditetapkan KPK sebagai tersangka.
Hingga saat ini belum diketahui keaslian sprindik tersebut. Namun, Sprindik tersebut telah beredar luas di kalangan wartawan.
Sebelumnya diberitakan, Wakil Ketua KPK Busyro Muqoddas pada Kamis pekan lalu (29/8) menyatakan bahwa KPK akan memeriksa Jero Wacik untuk mengusut kasus suap di SKK Migas. KPK akan memanggil Jero Wacik setelah memeriksa Sekretaris Jenderal Kementerian ESDM, Waryono Karno.
"Pada saat diperlukan, KPK akan memeriksa Jero Wacik, supaya tahu jeroannya," kata Busyro.
Namun KPK belum memeriksa mantan Menteri Pariwisata dan Seni Budaya, Kamis (5/9/2013), telah beredar Sprindik yang menyebutkan KPK akan memeriksa Jero Wacik sebagai tersangka kasus suap di SKK Migas.
Sprindik yang ditanda tangani oleh Bambang Widjojanto menyatakan: "KPK akan melakukan penyidikan tindak pidana korupsi berupa penerimaan hadiah atau janji kepada pegawai negeri atau penyelenggara negara terkait proyek PT Kernel Oil Pte.Ltd atau proyek-proyek lainnya yang diduga dilakukan oleh tersangka Jero Wacik selaku Menteri Energi dan Sumber daya Mineral Republik Indonesia sebagai dimaksud dalam pasal 12 huruf a atau huruf b atau pasal 11 Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia nomor 31 tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia nomor 20 tahun 2001 tentang perubahan atas Undang-Undang nomor 31 tahun 1999 tentang pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi."
Dalam sprindik tersebut, juga terdapat catatan tulisan tangan yang berisi, "Tunggu persetujuan Presiden (RI1).
Keterlibatan Jero sebelumnya sempat dibantah oleh Wakil Menteri ESDM Susilo Siswoutomo, yang meyakini uang US$200 ribu yang disita KPK dari kantor Sekjen ESDM Waryono Karno tidak terkait dengan Jero Wacik selaku Menteri ESDM. "Enggak ada."
