Jakarta (B2B) - Kasus suap dengan tersangka Rudi Rubiandini, Kepala Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas), muncul akibat SKK Migas bukan berbentuk badan usaha sehingga mereka harus menunjuk badan usaha lain untuk menjual minyak mentah bagian negara.
"Ini memang menjadi titik rawan kewenangan SKK Migas. Setiap proses lelang untuk penunjukan badan usaha penjualan minyak mentah ini pasti ada prosedur yang harus dilalui peserta lelang. Namun, bisa saja ada tindakan yang tidak sesuai prosedur," ujar Pri Agung Rakhmanto, Direktur Eksekutif ReforMiner Institute di Jakarta, Rabu.

"It has become a critical point on SKK Migas’ authority. Every tender process for the appointment of a business entity that will sell crude oil must have procedures that must be fulfilled by the bidders. However, there may actions that violated the procedure," said Pri Agung Rakhmanto, Executive Director ReforMiner Institute in Jakarta.
