Jakarta (B2B) - Mobil Toyota Inova atas nama Hj Siti Hannah atau nenek Walikota Tangerang Selatan Airin Rachmi Diany disita oleh Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) terkait tindak pidana pencucian uang (TPPU) Tubagus Chaery Wardhana alias Wawan.
"Dilakukan penyitaan mobil Toyota Inova, B 159 AKI, berwarna perak terkait penyidikan dugaan TPPU dengan tersangka TCW. Mobil diantar sopir ke KPK pada pukul 15.30 WIB," kata Juru Bicara KPK Johan Budi di Gedung KPK Jakarta, Rabu.
KPK juga menyita mobil Land Rover warna hitam bernomor polisi B 888 AX atas nama Tubagus Chaery Wardhana.
"Mobil disita dari Hence Benjamin, teman TCW. Yang bersangkutan mengantarkan langsung mobil tersebut ke KPK pada pukul 17.30 WIB," kata Johan.
Mobil milik nenek Airin itu menjadi mobil ke-79, sedangkan Land Rover hitam menjadi mobil ke-80 dari mobil-mobil yang disita KPK terkait kasus dugaan TPPU Wawan, termasuk sejumlah mobil mewah.
Mobil-mobil itu antara lain Ferrari California, Lamborghini Aventador, Bentley Flying Spurs, Toyota Pajero, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota Vellfire hingga truk Hino Dutro Dump dan Truk Hino Molen.
KPK juga sudah menelusuri aset tidak bergerak terkait Wawan hingga 100 unit, berupa tanah dan bangunan di Bali, Jawa Barat, Banten dan DKI Jakarta.
Wawan disangkakan pasal pencucian uang dengan ancaman pidana paling lama 20 tahun dan denda paling banyak Rp10 miliar.
Selain pencucian uang, adik Gubernur Banten Ratu Atut Chosiyah itu juga menjadi tersangka untuk tiga perkara dugaan tindak pidana korupsi yaitu pemberian suap terkait Pilkada Lebak dan korupsi alat kesehatan Kedokteran Umum di Puskesmas kota Tangerang Selatan tahun anggaran 2012 dan korupsi pengadaan alat kesehatan Provinsi Banten.
Jakarta (B2B) - Indonesian Anti-graft Body (KPK) had confiscated a car belonging to the grandmother of Tangerang Selatan Mayor Airin Rachmi Diany. The car was confiscated on Wednesday in connection with the alleged case of money laundering of Airin´s husband Tubagus Chaery Wardhana (TCW) alias Wawan.
"A silver Toyota Inova car with the plate number B159AKI was confiscated in connection with investigation in the alleged money laundering case of suspect TCW. The car was brought by a driver to the KPK compound at 3.30 p. m.," KPKs spokesman Johan Budi said.
In addition to the Toyota Inova car of Hj Siti Hannah, the KPK had also confiscated a black Land Rover car with a plate number B 888 AX, which belonged to TCW.
"The car was confiscated from Hence Benjamin, a friend of TCW. The person concerned brought the car to the KPK at 5.30 p. m.," he said.
The car of Airins grandmother is the 79th, while the Land Rover is the 80th car confiscated by the KPK from TCW.
The cars that were confiscated include a number of luxury cars, such as a Ferrari California, a Lamborghini Aventador, a Bentley Flying Spurs and a Mercedes-Benz.
The KPK had so far also traced TCWs other assets totaling up to 100 units of houses and plots of land in Bali, West Java, Banten and Jakarta.
Wawan, who is the younger brother of the Banten governor Ratu Atut Chosiyah, was charged with violating several articles in the money laundering law carrying a maximum prison sentence of 20 years and a fine of up to Rp10 billion.
He was also charged with committing bribery in connection with an election dispute in Lebak, Banten, and procurement of health equipment at a central health care center in Tangerang Selatan, Banten, so far.
